Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this awesome house! Had everything we look for in a holiday house ~ great deck with views + bbq, large open plan kitchen/living and great fit out for bedroom configuration. Kids loved the two bunk rooms + little kids space/extra living room. Easy walking distance to town/beach. We can’t wait to return!!

It was a lovely property with allThe basics provided, we loved having dinner on the large balcony watching the storms roll in. Only a few minutes walk to the shops and the beach. Lots of room for everyone

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We gad a great time at the Hampstead in crescent head. There was a few teethi h problems but Kathy ftom Elders assisted us, dropped around necessities and organised cleaners. Kathy was amazing and very accommodating. The Ckeaners did a great job and listened to what we needed to be attended to. Apart from that i could not fault the stay experience at Hampstead. The view from the top deck was my favourite thing about the house and the location is superb and within easy walking distance to all the coffee shops, pizza, bakery, country club and tavern.

Reviewer Comments: the house was very unclean ,damaged appliances ,kitchen and bathroom unclean and mouldy ,extremely dirty unusable bbq ,stained carpet ,stained old cushions and lounge setting ,old furniture,broken curtains and blinds - would not recommend to stay unless house is updated and refreshed
