Stunning Duluth Family House w/ Fireplace & Patio!

Rented this property with 9 of my family members for a wedding we had in Duluth. Location was great and was very close to major grocery stores and a lot of restaurants.The rooms were very spacious and the basement was huge. Everyone had their own area to get ready and having 4 full baths helped speed up the process.We had no issues with the beds and pillows and we used the theater room every night! Sound system and video quality was great. Of course not everything is perfect but some minor things like loud noise when running the showers were not an issue in the grand scheme of things. Owner was responsive and even let us check out late with no additional fee. I’d recommend this property.

Perfect

The house was not as advertised! The furniture was not the same as online. The house needed to be pressure washed, shortage on towels, weird stove which only worked with their worn out pot and pans, serious plumbing issues and the house made weird noises while sleeping.

The house is nice and furnished well. However, some of the beds are very low. I also think a deep cleaning of the house itself is needed. The dust needs to be cleaned off living room curtains, and to replace some of the old cookware would really make it a Wow! Overall, it was a nice stay.Great location. Clean yard and security camera were welcomed.

The house was nice with plenty of space but needs a few upgrades and a deep cleaning. Beds are low except in Master Bedroom. Mattress and Pillows had large stains. Walkway to entrance and benches need power washing. Danny was pretty nice and even gave us an early check-in and a late check out. The check-in was smooth. Love the security cameras being up.. I would recommend this location if these complaints were dealt with. I see others have wrote reviews about the same issues. Okay let’s get it done! We Would come back again or maybe recommend this place if the issues are fixed.. Nice location.

Great communication

Lovely stay. House was very clean.Everything was as described in the listing. Lots of space. Home theater was awesome.The only thing we found a bit different was the linens on the beds. There was only bottom sheets and nothing else other than a top cover. Also, the only pillows on the beds were what I would describe as decorative pillows. We had a lovely time. I would go back again.

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for multiple families. The location was great and the house was very well stocked. However, the floors of the house could benefit from a good cleaning. I am not sure they were vacuumed or moped prior to our arrival as there were noticeable crumbs, hair, debris, etc., turning the bottom of socks black. There was also an active leak into the kitchen from the upstairs shower that we found out about when water started dripping into the kitchen. Overall, it’s a great house and had everything we needed. Communication with Danny was great, he was very prompt with his responses.

The house was spacious and very convenient to downtown Duluth (about a 10 minute drive). Main floor had a nice layout, very open, and high ceilings. Master bedroom had it's own bathroom. The only negative things we found were: the back door off of the family/living room seemed to be stuck. We were only able to open it one time and after that we could not get that door open. The instructions for the TVs need to be updated with the current passwords. The air hockey table was not working even after trying different outlets. For anyone with sensitivity to fragrances, this house might not be a good choice as each room had plug-ins that gave a very noticeable smell, and also the bedding was washed with detergent with fragrance. I would suggest upgrading bedding, since there were no blankets, only bedspreads. There was a fitted sheet on the bed but the top sheets were folded in the closet, and not every room had pillows. In a couple of the rooms we had to take the pillow out of the decorative pillow holder and find the pillowcase to put the pillow in. The house was clean and we did enjoy our stay.

me and my family had an awesome time in this home. the home had alot to offer. i will recommend this home to others if they about to stay in the atlanta area. thank you so much.

I loved that the home had more than enough space for my family and I. The home was clean. The only dislike I had was the stove only allows you to cook with their pots and pans. Also a cabinet fell off the hinges when opening the cabinet in the kitchen
