Walking through the front door, you will be swept away with the classy, contemporary decor throughout this beautiful home. Absolute stunning elegance throughout! LOCATION/NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
This home is a just north of Sander's Public Beach and Tubbs Hill with all of its lovely trails and private beaches. It's a block away from the Centennial Trail and just a couple of minutes walking distance from downtown’s many fine eateries, cozy coffee shops, sophisticated wine bars and breweries, original boutiques, and adventurous antique shops. The city beach, Coeur d'Alene Resort, public library, and McEuen Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, water park, playground, and dog park are all just moments from your doorstep. Just a few blocks up the street is a local favorite, Moon time Pub and Grill, and just a couple of miles away is the infamous floating green at The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. A pretty perfect location!

BEDROOMS/BATHS
This home has 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with plenty of natural light. There are two master suites on the second level, each with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with beautifully crafted walk-in showers, double sink/vanities, and walk-in closets. Also upstairs, between the two master suites, is a second living area with TV and a queen-size pull-out couch, sleeping two additional people. Bedroom 3, on the main level, has a king-size bed and a full bathroom across the hall. All bedrooms have a 65-inch flat screen Smart TV. This home is fully stocked with all linens, towels, pillows, and blankets.
PLEASE NOTE: The garage and in-law suite above the garage is for owner use and access only.

INDOOR LIVING SPACE
The gourmet kitchen, spacious and elegant, has every amenity imaginable from top-of-the-line stainless appliances and gorgeous Corian countertops to solid cookware and dishes needed to whip up a special meal to share with your guests. Included is a gas-range cooking top, microwave, dishwasher, large and deep sink, coffee maker (drip/k-cup/espresso) and toaster. A chef's dream! An elegant dining table for eight designed to be flickering with candlelight. The living room has a comfortable couch and lounge chairs that look onto a gas burning fireplace...perfect for those crisp, chilly evenings! Also, a 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV hangs just over the fireplace. Upstairs, between the two master suites, is a second living area with TV and pull-out couch and there is also a pull-out couch in the downstairs main living room as well.


OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Simply open the front door to continued living space along main street…front porch living at its best. Enjoy a cold glass of lemonade on a large patio as people stroll by underneath the overhanging maple trees. For a bit more privacy, another stone patio with table for four and propane BBQ is nestled between the home and the separate garage. Also, there is a large balcony off the master suite on the second floor overlooking Sherman Avenue.
A Hot tub is located out by the BBQ area for those colder days and brisk evenings or just to simply kick back and relax. Please follow safety rules and guidelines and make sure to cover after each use please. Thanks

This home has six Smart 65-inch TVs, Spectrum cable app, wireless internet, gas fireplace, A/C, and printer/scanner for business needs. CITY ORDINANCE
Downtown homes, such as this home, are restricted to family rentals only due to new city requirements for vacation rentals in the city limits. Social or corporate gatherings, retreats, etc. are not permitted in this home. We are very sorry for the inconvenience! There is never to be large gatherings that exceed the max 8-person occupancy. Available parking is limited to street parking on Sherman Avenue directly in front of the home and side streets as well.

CLEANLINESS
Every surface, top to bottom, in this home is wiped down, disinfected and inspected before each guest arrival.


PETS
This home is small dog-friendly, albeit on a case-by-case basis and with a $150 pet fee per dog. Please inquire to receive approval of your pet before booking online.

    Home well described in offering re rooms, especially bedroom locations, and beds in bedrooms, tvs etc. Living area has many comfortable seating options. kitchen and laundry areas very well appointed. High quality home in every respect. Very disappointed fireplace did not work over our Christmas stay. We were fortunate to have use of garage during rainy weather.

    We did a family trip to CDA for Thanksgiving, and this house was one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at! It looks exactly as pictured, but the details are not reflected so I will share...Everything in this house felt new and clean and put together, down to the lovely decor! All furniture was solid and well made; beds were extremely comfortable. Many huge tv's with each having its own working remote. Everything you would need in a kitchen was provided for and in excellent condition. Large quantities of dishes/ cups/silverware so able to support our big family. Host stocked the pantry well with basics - coffee pods and filters, creamer, olive oil, salt/pepper, baggies, saran wrap, etc. There was plenty of laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, extra blankets and sheets and any other considerations that would make your stay comfortable. Rooms and closets were huge; every bathroom had ample soaps, sprays, and space too! Parking directly out front on the street was super convenient.Note: We did not use the hot tub because the weather was pretty uncooperative. Also, we were not able to get the fireplace to light, which wasn't a big deal because we were only doing it for ambiance. The host thought of all the details and it was provided for in this house. Add sheer cleanliness to this beautiful home and we would rate this place 10 stars (out of 5) if there was such a score! Most enjoyable stay - thank you for hosting us!!!

    We had a lovely family experience. The property is very nicely appointed. We appreciated two en-suite rooms bedrooms, comfortable beds, the close proximity to downtown, and a convenient walk to the lake. Just perfect!!We will definitely consider staying here again.

    Spacious, well-decorated with wonderful bedroom space. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to downtown area. A bit noisy on the outdoor patio in the evening time. Overall, great experience and would stay again!

    In town for a wedding. Had two other couples with us. The stay was perfect. Sitting on the front porch for a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail was awesome. Close to downtown and all it has to offer along with perfect accommodations for the (6) of us. Highly recommend this home.

    Very nice, new and clean property. Easy access to downtown, the lake, beach, resort, dining, etc. Kai was very responsive on the one phone call that I placed. Only suggestion that I have is to place a small fan in closet for use in each bedroom. Other than that small suggestion our stay was perfect. Would definitely rent again!!

    We had a girls weekend in Coeur d’Alene. This property is perfect for sitting around the fire, drinking wine and spending time with those you care about. It’s within walking distance to all the fun little shops and restaurants in downtown. We really enjoyed all the comfort this property provided. I especially loved that we could coordinate with the property management company (Kai) and get all of our groceries delivered and stocked before we arrived. We all spoke about how perfect the home was for our getaway and we’d definitely stay again. Any of my questions were answered quickly by Kai and everything was easy and convenient. Thank you!

    The location of this property can't be beat! You will be within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, hiking, the lake, grocery stores - anything you could possibly need. The house is set up well for a large group with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We spent a lot of time on the front patio which is perfect for hanging out with a group. Highly recommend this space for anyone getting together with a larger group of people or large family.
