Stunning Designer Townhome in Morro Bay

Very nice condo, had a great Thanksgiving, enjoyed the sunny weather.

Lovely place! Very nice Italian themed! Nice to have access to garage.Carpet's need major cleaning, extremely dirty with spots everywhere. One of bathroom toilets runs continuously. Needs maintenance.

I just loved the courtyard, flowers and succulents were just beautiful. I did pick some roses that didn’t seem to be any residents, by the mail box and put them in our unit! I wish it was a little more walking friendly to go to town, but the drive was 5 minutes and the free public parking made it nice.. we were just coming off a 3 day wedding event for our youngest daughter. The beautiful views and quiet setting was just what we were looking for. Every meal we had in town was delicious.. Friendly servers at every place. To just say your place is lovely would not do it justice. We were referred to Morro Bay from one of my friends, it didn’t disappoint!

We came in town for a family reunion and this home was so beautiful. It had everything you need for a wonderful stay. The beds were so comfortable, I have not slept that well in months. The decor and scenery was awesome and you felt like you were in Italy. The owners even left us a bottle of wine and a beautiful cork stopper. We will definitely be using this location and my aunt wants to stay here in the future. The kitchen had everything you could think of needing and they even had some baggies, Saran Wrap & foil. Wonderful stay.

Nice balcony, clean property, really nice having a garage!

Came back to the central coast with a friend to show her the gorgeous landscape and wineries. Thought Morro Bay was the perfect place to stay. The condo itself was very nice. I did feel it was lacking in a few things that I am used to like small shampoos and conditioners and dryer sheets. Truly love the welcome basket. This particular location is definitely a 15-minute walk to the beach and one I would never do with children under the age of 15. Love that there was parking for the car in a garage. I would definitely stay here again. The master bedroom can be loud if you are a light sleeper as it is right on Route 41.

Quiet, peaceful, private, has everything a home needs to live comfortably. Second time to stay in this condo and I would buy it if I lived here! It’s a corner spot in a small villa of maybe 13 condos, all shaped differently. A small intimate water fountain adds peace to the to the courtyard.

This is by far the best place we have stayed in Morro Bay and likely the whole Central Coast. This Tuscan Villa styled Towne home is beautifully decorated, warm, clean, roomy, and has everything needed for two couples to have the best of weekend stays. We are definitely returning when we are in the area again for another adventure.

The house is very spacious, near major highways , near grocery, near hiking trail with great views. We had quick answers for all our questions or needs.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Italian / Mediterranean feel of the small complex. With the beautiful fountain in the courtyard, you feel like you're at a resort. The spacious bedrooms and kitchen allowed everyone to have their space (much needed after a road trip from Missouri). Appreciated the quick, convenient access to the beach. We put the boogie boards in the garage to good use. Since this is the end unit next to the stop sign, we did get a bit of noise from the dump trucks that kept coming by. But that shouldn't be a problem once the excavation on the new house is completed. We drove up the road into the residential area and worked our toward the top of the hill to see what kind of views the locals have -- Amazing views of the rock, bay and beach. Highly recommend doing that! Loved the local seafood cuisine and re-visiting Hearst Castle after about 30 years. Management was easy to work with in extending our stay one night due to our Explorer being at the mechanics plus the kids wanting to stay an extra night.

We came into the property and it is unfortunately far from town center and the beach. The house is nice with two balconies. There were a lot of breakables at the house, so we needed to keep a good eye on the kids. The first negative was that shampoo/conditioner was not provided. We have never stayed at a property that this was not provided. They provided only decaf coffee and only 2 coffee filters (we bought our own and left this for the next person). Everything else seemed fine but then we got a charge on our card for $250. They said that the table was damaged from putting something hot (all we put on there was coffee cups). They also said that they needed to bring in window cleaners (granted my kids probably put their grimy hands on the windows). We asked the property to provide pictures and they refused to respond. VRBO says to speak with the property but they will not speak with us. I'm reasonably sure that they will delete this review, but hopefully no one else will be impacted by them.

Great location, close to town and the beach. Very quiet complex. This was our second stay here and we look forward to our third next year.

Bigger than expected, plenty of space. The house was clean and the location was great. Overall a very nice property!
