Welcome to your luxurious vacation rental in Scottsdale, AZ! This stunning 3437 sq ft property offers the perfect blend of comfort & elegance for your getaway. With 4 beds & 3 baths, there's ample space to accommodate you & your guests. The home has a gourmet kitchen, equipped w/ top-of-the-line appliances and even an extensive coffee bar with with various coffees in addition to Nespresso espresso coffee maker/frother. The family room that boasts a cozy fireplace & the main bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a jetted tub for ultimate relaxation. There is an expansive backyard complete w/ a sparkling pool/spa.

There is a $1,000 utility deposit charged to all bookings. The owner pays the first $250 per month for utilities. Anything over this amount will be deducted from the deposit. Any unused deposit will be refunded back to the guest.

Please note, we will prepare an Arizona Real Estate lease agreement for all bookings.
