Built to a very high standard, with attention to detail throughout, your stay is sure to be a most luxurious and relaxing experience, and a complete escape from busy lives.
Three air conditioned bedrooms comfortably sleep six people upstairs, plus there are two pull out couches in the air conditioned living room which can sleep a further two people.
The house as a whole is very spacious with high ceilings, allowing the Caribbean breeze to create a natural cooling effect but even on those not so cool days, this house is well appointed with AC units in all the bedrooms as well as the living room and kitchen to ensure your comfort at all times.
The views from the veranda of Nevis and the Caribbean Sea are simply stunning - from breakfast time on the deck, to a cool drink as the sun goes down.
The deck off the Master Suite is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the morning to watch beautiful Caribbean sunrises, or for a cool sunset drink in the evening. A fridge and coffee maker in the bedroom means you don't even have to visit the kitchen for your refreshments.
A well tended, gated garden surrounds the house, complete with gazebo, plus a 22 ft infinity edge swimming pool. The large decks and terraces are perfect for sunbathing in privacy and eating al fresco.
Only 1 minute walk away is Turtle Beach and nearby is Cockleshell Beach, Banana Bay, Majors Bay, Sandy Bank Bay and South Friar's Bay, all stunning beaches to explore and enjoy, with a variety of beach bars and restaurants to choose from. Frigate Bay and Basseterre are also within easy reach by car.
Children are welcome at Turtle Beach House, and for smaller people there is a portable play pen/crib available for your use. You'll find board games and books to help keep the younger ones occupied.

One of our 2022 guests wrote: 'The house was amazing and provided ample room for private spaces and group gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked, the rooms are all spacious, the living room patio was our favorite place in the evening. The view is amazing for sunrises... This is the most amazing home and the best vacation we think we've had yet! A nice quiet area for just enjoying has been a much-welcomed change of pace. If we could afford to buy the house we would! This is our first visit and we have made soulful connections and dream of coming back. I left my soul here.'
We had an amazing stay at the house for 2 weeks, the pictures do give an impression of the house but it isn't as new as in them! Positives - Cassie is amazing and answers all problems promptly. The house is spacious for a large family. Everything is provided so no need to bring anything. Check in is easy self-check in so no need to stress if your plane is delayed. Outside sitting space is huge and sheltered. Great views over to Nevis. Negatives - Water supply is very intermittent we had 2 days where water wasn't available at all - Cassie sorted out a tank fill for us as soon as she knew about it. Unfortunately the air conditioning broke but Cassie sorted out the next day. When we arrived the dishwasher was broken but Cassie had it replaced before the end of our first week. Overall a good place to stay and any issues Cassie sirted out as soon as was possible.
We had a great time as always. The home sits on a steep hill overlooking the ocean and the wind breeze are non-stop. The home is just as seen in VRBO and much better in person. Monkeys run free. The property manager is so helpful and caring when it comes to making you feel like home. I would highly recommend this property and looking forward to another trip in the future.
This was a great house to stay in! The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds and bedding were comfortable. It’s really a gem!
Great communication
Can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Turtle Beach House. The house has all the comforts of home and the views are second to none. You are also away from the rush and noise of the city. Cassandra stayed in touch with us, but we really didn’t need anything the entire week. I will book this property again the next time I am able to get back to St. Kitts.
The house is beautiful! And the views are amazing. We had a wonderful time and the the house manager is very good at communicating with any concerns that we had and they were resolved quickly! We had a great time and would highly recommend staying at the house!
Beautiful property, great location, perfect for our group of seven adults. We rented a van to get around daily and enjoy the island. Really enjoyed the pool. Cassandra was great with communication.
We had a lovely time at Turtle Beach House. The pool, views towards Nevis, spaciousness, roomy kitchen all combined to made for a relaxing two week hiatus. It was just what we’d hoped for. Cassandra and Kistian are superb managers. However, there were glitches, some of which were addressed while we there. The web site lists “four full bathrooms” but that includes the outside shower by the pool. Not sure that qualifies. While there we lost power for a short while during an awful storm. The generator kicked in, but nothing else happened. No power was flowing to the circuits. During our last day, we lost all water. Unbeknownst to anyone, there’d been a break in the mains forcing the system to rely on backup cisterns that eventually went dry. Renters should note that the only inside dining area is the island in the center of the kitchen. We’d recommend that the listing stress/remind visitors to complete the on-line immigration formalities prior to arrival. We had not completed the on-line forms and so had to spend additional time at the airport before being formally allowed to enter the country. Above is presented as hopefully helpful suggestions. We found everyone on the island to be friendly, accommodating and simply nice to be with. St. Kitts and Nevis are two gems. We are pleased that Turtle Beach House gave us this opportunity.
We love to be on the southside of the island, away from it all. This house provides a very large kitchen and living room where you can enjoy some family time. The outside views are breathtaking.
We loved our stay at this property. Cassie (property manager) was so easy to work with. We had an issue with an AC unit and it was fixed SO quickly. I was impressed with how quickly she reacted to the problem and solved the problem. The property is beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck by the pool. We saw so many monkeys too..which my kids enjoyed. Even though Turtle Beach isn't a beach you would sit on for the day as it has a lot of sargassum, my family enjoyed walking down to the beach (short walk) and we found some amazing conch shells. This property is also close to Cockleshell Beach (you could walk it but we drove - 3-5 minute drive). Highly recommend a rental car for this property as it is remote and we needed a car to go on our excursions/to dinners/explore beaches. We personally enjoyed being tucked away from the busier part of the island. It was such a relaxing place to stay for a week. We were sad to leave. One of our favorite VRBOs we've stayed in.
Our third time at this villa. We love it.
We stayed here 7/9-7/16/22. The house provided plenty of room for 3 couples during our stay and we liked the fact that all of the bedrooms were on the second floor. It has everything you need and nothing was missed. Wish we would have found the pool floats in the closet earlier in the week! The views from the pool were amazing and the constant breeze kept the bugs away. We enjoyed going to Reggae Beach Bar and Spice Mill both of which are close by. The air conditioning kept us comfortable in our rooms at night and the covered patio was a nice place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The lack of water pressure would be our only complaint, but I wouldn't let it keep you from staying here. You can't go wrong with TBH!
We decided to take a family vacation to visit our daughter who attends Ross University. We knew that the Turtle Bay location was not necessarily convenient to the rest of the island, but the house, amenities, and the spectacular views made it all worthwhile.
Views were unbelievable. Quiet. Near excellent restaurants. Near Nevis. Great pool. Well layed out. Water pressure varied. Well-equipped with towels and kitchen gear. Great bedroom furniture and cool cathedral ceilings in bedrooms. Great living room TV.
Great house that comes with everything you need while you are on the island. Turtle Beach/Southeast Peninsula is by far the best place to stay on the island. Cassandra(Cassie) is one of the best property managers we’ve ever worked with!
