Stayed May 4, 2026Kitchen on the ground floor needed plates and glasses. Bathroom on the first floor was drafty and fairly dark and needed places to hang damp towels. Second floor bathroom needed places to hang damp towels. The second floor bedroom and bathroom should be noted that tall individuals may have difficulty due to the sloping ceiling. Lamp in one of the first floor bedrooms, had no shade and was a bright, glaring bulb if turned on.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025The townhouse was alright. It was somewhat dirty when we arrived…unclean showers, dirty dishes, trash out front. However, the beds were comfortable, and the location was super convenient.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Big spacious house, we could walk to Oxford. But, the kitchen was dirty, I had yo go get cleaning stuff from shop, had wash all crockery, only 4 cups and 5 beer glasses! Plug in bath does not fit! Lots of light bulbs not working! Very poor standard of clean and facilities.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023Our family really enjoyed out stay in this home and appreciated the attention to details. It provided a great layout and lots of space for our family of 5. We easily walked to and from the city centre. And there were lots of great restaurant options in the neighborhood as well.

Stayed Oct 7, 2022We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood minutes away from a busy and fun street. That ice cream shop on the corner is a must-visit! The house was clean, the kitchen spacious and well-equipped, and the heated floors a definite plus! The check-in process and communication were easy. Thank you for hosting us!

Stayed Aug 1, 2022The house is modern and spacious…but…the walls are very dirty (mostly grease stains). It needs to be painted wall-to ceiling everywhere. For our stay, the cleaning was incomplete (stains on the kitchen armoires, dirt and nails on the floor). Even if it had been cleaned thoroughly, we still would not have been comfortable because the walls were stained and no amount of cleaning can change that. The house is close to restaurants, groceries and transportation and a walking distance from the center of towm which is nice…but you cross many student houses not well maintained on the street. The check-in/out process is simple and they did offer to clean the house during our stay so communication with the rental company is easy. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and merits a 3 star.

Stayed Jun 30, 2022The pictures don't make justice, the property is even prettier in person. It is very well equipped (except I wish it had clothes drier) it has clothes washing machine but not drying machine. The furniture is all good quality and goes well with the overall decor of the house. Easy communication with the host at all times. It is walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shops, and the City Centre. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Stayed May 13, 2022Very nice modernised property, in a good location close to restaurants and shops and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The lounge seating was fine for us as there were only four staying, but would have been a struggle had we had six people staying.
