Great family oriented beach home. Loved the location and the added downstairs game area was perfect for our family.

If possible I would leave you a 10 star review!! Your home was very clean and beautiful, in the perfect location and extremely comfortable! The game room was a hit with everyone and the beach chairs a huge plus!! We were lucky to get to meet Mark, one of the owners and that was a blessing ! Thank you so very much for opening up your home to us and helping us make wonderful lasting memories !! God bless you both!!

The house is just as it’s pictured!! Beautiful, clean and very well taken care of!! Our 3 generation family of 10 absolutely loves it here. Location is perfect!! Under the house fun games to play and cozy hammock was the perfect place to hang out when we needed a break from the sunshine. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were all clean and comfortable!! The living room has a huge couch big enough for all of us. I give this house and the owners 10 stars!!

Great beach home with easy access to the beach, just a short walk, which made it convenient for those of us with small children. It's located on a beautiful and quiet part of the beach away from the crowds. Clean and beautiful. Would highly recommend! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Excellent stay! The property was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. Great views, easy walk to the beach, and prompt, helpful communication from the host. Highly recommend.

Wonderful beach views; clean rooms; kitchen is fairly well equipped-not quite a gourmet kitchen, though; (however, kitchen could use a bit of organization so it would be easier to find things, plus we sure wished there was a pantry-or shelving in laundry room); lots of seating space in living room; love the game room downstairs; primary bedroom is spacious; upstairs kind beds were comfy; host was very responsive to questions; great place to spend a vacation with family and/or friends.

Karson’s Kastle is an outstanding vacation home. I highly recommend it.

Loved being right on the beach, sea shells galore and dolphins. This home was perfect for our family, with 4 and half baths, nobody had the wait. Layout was great and very comfortable.. kitchen amenities were pretty good. Even the patio didnt miss abeat with pool table, tv and games. Very clean, and beds nobody had any complaints. Totally would stay again.

We spent our family vacation in Gulf Shores at this beautiful house. It was close enough to take walks to the downtown of Gulf Shores. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities the vacation home had to offer. The outside tv, pool table and vast selection of beach equipment was nice to have available for our family. Mark and Debbie were easy to reach and very helpful. I would definitely plan another family trip at this location.

Excellent VRBO property! One of the cleanest we've stayed in. Proximity to the beach, restaurants and retail...perfect. This house has everything you need for a fantastic visit to Gulf Shores.

Amazing property. It was like having our private beach. Beach views from the house are great. Shallow water quite a ways out was good for the younger kids. Lots of dolphin views from the house and a close dolphin encounter while in the water. The house was super clean including all decks. Very well stocked kitchen.Spacious common areas to accommodate our group of 11. Comfortable beds. Nice beach chairs and lots of beach accessories. Texted questions to Mark, the owner, several times and he was super responsive. Far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to access activities and restaurants. There is nothing negative to say and I highly recommend this property.

We have stayed here before, it’s a fantastic and well-maintained property that is perfect for our family. The owners are very responsive as well. If you are looking for a home in Gulf Shores this place is perfect!

Perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of space and best stocked kitchen of any house we have ever stayed. Game area great for evening gathering w lots of chairs.

Beautiful house in a great location!! The private beach was awesome. Enjoyed the week with our adult children and grandchildren for our 40th wedding anniversary.

Beautiful! This house is spacious and comfortable with spectacular ocean views. Our family of 7 adults had plenty of room and comfortable seating both inside and outside. With our family group expanding to 7 this year, we opted for a house for our May trip to the beach. Karson’s Kastle did not disappoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Mark was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. We had an issue with the upstairs air conditioner and Mark was very responsive. He had an HVAC company at the house within a few hours to get it up and running. The house was very convenient to restaurants and the kids loved being able to run back and forth from the beach for snacks and additional beach items. We will definitely plan to stay again!

One of the best houses we've stayed at in the 10 years we've been coming down to Gulf Shores. It was ready on time and clean as a whistle. What small issues we had were handled very quickly. The property manager responded very quickly to our messages and with the fixes. Easy peasy walk to the beach with the artificial grass walkway. Lots of beach chairs and toys to use and the whole family loved the pool table. Nice having both a charcoal and gas grill to use. We highly recommend this place!

It was spring break for our family. We spent the week on the beach, shopping, fishing, golfing and eating out. The house is in a great location with its privacy, yet close to anything you want to do. Would highly recommend this house.

We loved the house! It’s gorgeous, the views are amazing, the proximity to the beach and the comfy beds made it our best vacation so far. My kids did not want to leave once we got there and with all the accessories for the beach there was really no need to The weather was beautiful So it was a wonderful experience all around.

The house was absolutely amazing. We went for Christmas with 10 family members. The house had everything that we needed to have a wonderful Christmas, including a Christmas tree.

We had the best time celebrating a big milestone birthday for my husband. The property was amazing and the location was awesome!! Would definitely come back and stay at this property again.

I highly recommend this beautiful beach house. The location can’t be beat. The beach was not busy at all and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We loved the outdoor area under the house watching tv and playing pool. The corn hole boards were a plus as well. The bedrooms are spacious and all of them have balconies. I can’t say enough about this house, it has everything you need. Definitely plan on staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Karson’s Kastle. The house was beautiful and just as described in the listing/pictures. The layout of the home was spacious and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was stocked better than any other rental we have stayed at… there was everything you could need. We traveled with a 1.5yo and enjoyed the baby gates and high chair provided. Overall, the home was very child-friendly. The close proximity to the beach was one of the best features. The walk was short and easy with the pathway provided. Again, perfect for little ones who want to go in and out to the beach throughout the day. Communication about checking in and out was clear and timely. We would recommend this location to friends and family and would definitely stay here again!

This house meets all accommodations for groups of any age. We stayed here after a high school football game with cheerleaders and football players. Plenty of room to accommodate everyone.
