Great location, beachfront with private walkway over the dunes, lots of room for our large family

The property was extremely clean and stocked as promised. We did have an issue with the kitchen sink that was fixed quickly.

This property is absolutely amazing! The information provided before the stay was very helpful. The beach access and on site pool were great and the access to clean off after the beach was convenient! I will definitely recommend this property to all of my family and friends and hope I get to enjoying it again!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the balconies were so cool! Highly recommend!

This place was great for our family. They had everything you need. The boardwalk to the beach was ideal. We had some great shuffleboard tournaments in the game room. Lots of sand toys for the kids.

Perfect family vacation! Lots of beach stuff, including a treasure trove of pails and shovels, and approximately eleventy-million beach towels, which came in very handy.Lovely living room plus 2 other smaller conversational spaces, with fav views of the gulf. Kitchen was well-stocked with tools for cooking anything we felt like making. Beds were comfy, bathrooms numerous and pleasant.The water is shallow for a LONG way out, making it perfect for small people to run in and out of the waves.Owners/staff were super responsive. Really, an marvelous time for a 3 generation family vacation.

This is such a beautiful place located at a wonderful part of the beach. It is an easy walk to the water from the home, which makes it very easy to go back and forth throughout the day as needed. The house has everything we needed for time at the beach and is very comfortable and well maintained. It was such a lovely stay!

Coastal Soul is an excellent family get-a way! Our party of 13 enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at this amazing location. An added bonus was the 2 sets of washers and dryers and that each bedroom had its own bathroom! Darren and Laura are excellent hosts! Prior to our stay they answered all of our questions in a timely manner and were extremely attentive during the entire process. We can't wait ot return!

This was our second stay at this VRBO. We continue to be impressed with the overall quality of the property. We appreciate the beach and pool toys as well as the beach access.Our group only had 2 concerns. The hot water in the kitchen sink never seemed to get hot enough to our liking for dish washing.The water flow in the sink of the main floor room was so low that we couldn’t really do anything in that sink. The shower and stool in that room did not have the same problem at all.

This property was perfect for our family. It provided togetherness and privacy. The grandkids enjoyed the beach, one for the first time, playing in the ocean, collecting shells and of course the pool.

This was our first time at this property, we had 19 family members. The pool was a little small for us as we enjoy games in the pool like 4 way volleyball. Parking. - if you bring more than 4 cars you are unable to park in the driveway and unable to use the the public beach parking from 12am to 6 am so we had to keep watching for spaces on the street on gulf blvd. Some family showed up at 3:45pm before check in and walked to the back just to see the view and a man with the cleaning people griped that they were not supposed to be back there before 4pm(could have been more polite). the game room is not accessible from inside the house and has no bathroom in it. Good points. - there was an ice machine in the game room which was awesome. It was nicely decorated and clean- plenty of space, bathrooms and beds. kitchen was well stocked - the owners were receptive when we called them- Thank you for a great Time!!

This place is gorgeous! It is the perfect place for a large family (group). It has everything and I mean everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient for all ages. We had a group of 17 and we were not all over each other at all! My favorite part of this house is that every room had its own private bathroom. The host was quick to respond with any issues we had and was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this home for your vacation. It’s a beautiful place.

Everything was as described. We had a group of 9 and we had more than enough space. The location was perfect and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

We had 19 family members of all ages gathered together under one roof just steps away from the beach! Game room was perfect for teens and adults to hang out and play! The pool was refreshing and relaxing and the beach was beautiful! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was great for large family meals! Close proximity to Wanna Wannas is an absolute plus! We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean from the patios and the wooden walkway leading to the beach. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids and having quick access to the beach was a great convenience. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We thank you for providing our entire family with a pleasurable stay.

I can’t say enough about this beach house. Great location, restaurants all around. Inside of home is really well done and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. Shuffleboard was a family hit and we spent a ton of time in the game room. We will be back!

The house was perfect for our crew of 17. If we could rate this house 10 stars we would. The game area for kids and adults is awesome. Perfect pool and outdoor spaces. The house is completely updated and modern and all the amenities are off the charts. The house is walking distance to everything and the beach is right out the back door. We had an amazing stay at this beach house in South Padre Island! The house was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed—perfect for our group. The game room was a hit with everyone, and having a private boardwalk straight to the beach made it feel like our own little paradise. Highly recommend and would love to come back

Ideal location right on the beach with ample space to relax and lounge. Each room has a bathroom and comfortable beds with a full supply of towels and amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed and the game room was super cool. The host communicated effectively and the island had lots to offer. Highly recommend.

We were 5 family unites with a total of 20 people. There was good room within the 3 stories for people to have some privacy. I hadn't realized the room with 2 twin beds was quite small and the beds would have been small for a full sized adult. Our 2 oldest granddaughters fit it well though. Plenty of bathrooms and space. We stocked up at the nearby grocery store and utilized the extra refrigerator in the game room. The younger kids lived in the swimming pool while the older kids and adults enjoyed the beach. The owners have done a great job in providing useful items from kitchen supplies to ocean chairs and swimming toys. They even got lifejackets for our younger kids so we didn't have to travel with them. We were thankful for the boardwalk to the beach and the views were incredible, especially from the 2nd floor. We also appreciated not having to do a huge clean up list before departing.

Stayed at this house over Christmas and New Years with our family. A beautiful and spacious home in a great location.

This house was perfect for the 15 of us to celebrate my mom's 80th Birthday. We arranged to have a birthday dinner catered in and there was plenty of room for Chef to do what he needed to do in the kitchen and for us to all sit in one area and eat together. This house was everything promised and more. We had some crazy winds during our visit - but it didn't stop us from having fun! We'll be back!

Great location and the house is perfect

Exceptional property. Location was prime. The hosts were very responsive with my questions before the trip. The property was very mindful with lots of cups, glasses, towels etc everything that would be needed for a property that could house 20 people. Beach towels, chairs etc were plentiful . We loved that there was 2 decks and multiple gathering areas for our large group. Hope to stay here again !

We truly loved our time in your home. Everything was so lovely, inside and out -- Exceptional gathering areas on all 3 levels, spacious kitchen, and an award-winning game room! The bedrooms were amazing and quite comfortable. Such easy access to the beach and enjoyed the many beach toys. Also hibernated on the awesome deck areas on the rainy days. Cannot quite express our sincere gratitude for sharing your Texas paradise! p.s. Property manager, Amber is absolutely wonderful! She handled our very minor issues/questions in record time and with such kindness. I would 'steal her away' if I was still in the working world. ;)
