We love guests of all ages but our home is not “baby proof.” There are several places on the island that offer rentals such as baby gates, highchairs etc. They will deliver your items for free! We do offer a pack n play and stroller for those traveling with younger children.

The city of Holmes Beach has a noise curfew in effect daily from 10pm-7am. No loud noises over 50dBA will be allowed. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during peak season (Jan-Aug). Just message if Saturday doesn't work for you in the off season (late August-December) we can usually accommodate different trip lengths!
