    Everything was good just the check in paperwork and digital communication was not as easy as usual on VRBO. This was very mechanical/transactional:efficient but not easy for me. We would likely stay again as we go the MB regularly and the unit is in a great location,

    Great location! The hosts were incredible, very responsive. The house had everything we needed for a two week stay. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, walking the boardwalk, and lounging on the beach.

    We had a great stay at this property in Mission beach . The location was perfect .. just a short walk to the beach , restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and well kept, and the host was easy to reach. The layout was a bit tricky for our family as the second bedroom was downstairs which is completely separate… like a in-law unit . But, overall the place was fantastic. The large garage was a big plus! We hope to see you again next year . Thank you

    Nice place. Great location. However, no place to put clothes in 2nd bedroom. 3 drawers but no hooks or closet. We had to use our beds, TV & door handles. No AC when we arrived. Repair man was there but couldn’t get it going & it was a holiday weekend. Contacted mgr and it seemed they didn’t know it was out. They sent over window AC units but they only cooled the bedrooms. Nothing for the kitchen and living room. Not good for hanging out with family to watch TV, cook meals, play games or socialize. That was disappointing.

    Amazing location! I’ve stayed in many rentals over the past 20 years in Mission/Pacific Beach and this rental had more amenities than any other place I’ve stayed. They have thought of everything. We felt at home our entire stay. I would highly recommend staying at this rental. Note that the bottom bedroom is separate from the top kitchen, living area and bedroom. Worked out good for us. Also the garage is huge (for Mission beach) and can easily fit 2 standard size cars. We would absolutely return again!

    1 block from the boardwalk and the beach; clean and well equipped home; dog friendly; we did not have any issues during our stay; the property manager checked in to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Would stay again!

    Overall: fine. The location can not be beat so if that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in luck. Ample beach gear by the host was helpful. Kids beach toys in the outdoor storage bin. Comfortable sleeping, amazing showers. Outdoor shower does not work, but there is a hose to rinse sand off your feet. Lots of ants. No full length mirror in home. Living room furniture is gross and smells like wet dog. Second bedroom (2 twins and 1 bath) is ONLY accessible by entering through the garage or from the outside patio in the back. Not ideal for a family of 4 with 2 children ages 5 and 11. It is in the “things you should know” however we somehow completely overlooked that detail. Overall, would book again based off of location alone. A 30 second walk to the beach/2 min walk to the bay made up for all that was lacking.

    Very clean, well organized and in a great location. Close to mission beach and pacific beach. Comfortable beds. Everyone in our group was comfortable. Would rent again!
