Super clean and comfortable!

We were 5 adults and 3 kids and this space was absolutely amazing for us! So much room! Jason and Louise had the space ready for our late night arrival. It felt like we were staying with friends as the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The bottled water after a long day of travel was extremely appreciated. The pool was a huge bonus. The entire home was extremely clean. Walking distance to the aerial park, mini golfing, beach and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again! Thank you Jason & Louise!

Perfection! Super clean, spacious, as advertised, and well stocked with every amenity I could think up. We stayed for 8 nights with 10 people ranging in age from 2-75. There was plenty of space for everyone, even when some needed their own space. The master closet is huge and served as a private room for our youngest in a crib which meant we all got to sleep better. The balcony was a favorite spot to sit in the evening. The pool was perfect to keep the little ones occupied and for the adults to wind down. It was such an easy walk to the beach that we even did it barefoot several times! We watched a rocket launch from the beach too. Surfing lessons by the pier were so fun and dinner at the Sunset Cafe is not to be missed. Anything you need is in easy walking distance but there is plenty of room for parking too. The outdoor hose by the garage was ideal for rinsing off after the beach. It was so convenient to have beach gear and wagons ready for use. The gas grill by the pool made cooking at home so easy. The hosts have thought of everything and truly made this a pleasant experience. We've stayed in many places but this one is perfect and we hope to return again someday.

Hands down one of the best places our family and friends have ever been too. The house was spotless and the hosts thought of all the little details to make guests feel at home. We traveled with 7 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for all. So close to everything and some much to do in the area. We loved our short time here and we would definitely come back in the future.

Wonderful, fully equipped house with a deep, inviting pool to relax in. Perfect location for visiting the Kennedy Space Center and exploring the area. The hosts were extremely helpful, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

The house was as advertised! It was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed! The pool was amazing and it was a short walk to the beach. We had a great time relaxing. I would highly recommend it!

We only had a couple of days to spend in Cocoa Beach with our family of 4 adults and 4 children. This house was absolutely the best, it has a beautiful pool, a very large open living area, a gas grill and many beach items. We will definitely plan to stay here again. We really felt like home sweet home. Our host’s were so helpful with everything from the beginning to the end of our stay.

Property is clean and located on quiet street and close to restaurants and shoppings. The hosts are thoughtful in providing a variety of equipment for beach activities, such as bikes, umbrellas, wagon, and snorkels. The pool is a bonus and kept the kids entertained for hours. I look forward to stay here again in the near future.

This place was perfect, the home was well stocked with everything we needed that we may have forgot at home. A quick walk to turtle beach, lots of food choices. Very nice walking environment, lovely neighbors. The house was very clean. If I visit again I will definitely stay in this home!!If I had any negatives about the property it would be the time to get to the home from the airport its over an hour drive, and also having a toddler the internet went off and on at times, buts its worth it.

We just returned from a week long vacation with our family of 10.. ranging in age from 9-72!! The house had plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep, play and relax together comfortably. The pool was a huge hit in the mornings and evenings before and after our days at the beach. It was a quick 2 block walk to the beach. Two good restaurants right around the corner! We used both the grill and spacious kitchen on days we didn’t go out to eat. The owners supply everything needed to enjoy the beach..including two wagons to haul it all. They were readily available to answer questions. It was a short drive to visit the Kennedy Space Center. A few days later, we were fortunate to view a launch at the beach. We made great memories there with our kids and grandkids and think you will too!! Don’t hesitate to rent this wonderful beach house!!

Our family loved the house! There was plenty of room for our family of 11 and it was very clean. We enjoyed the private pool and the ocean was just a five minute walk from the house. I would highly recommend the house.

Exactly what we were looking for. A clean house close to the beach. The extra beach toys and gear were a plus. It’s annoying to have to try and pack all the gear needed for a fun beach day. Would stay again.

We appreciated the communication with the owners. The layout of the house and the private pool were the highlights. We also appreciated the extra amenities that were available (I.e. toiletries, towels, and beach supplies-just to name a few). The short walk to the beach was nice, however, in the other direction, it was quite close to a busy road resulting in noise at night. Overall, the house was clean. We could have used some additional blankets and pillows. Otherwise, it was a great place! Thanks again for letting us stay there!

Property was clean and location was great. 2 blocks from the beach, 5 minute walk. Several really good restaurants within walking distance. Grocery just a minute or 2 drive, could walk it if it wasn't across a busy highway. We enjoy Orlando attractions, it was just an hour drive and an easy one with very little traffic. Also close enough to Port Canaveral to see launches. I was a little hesitant in booking a duplex, but it wasn't an issue. Just as quiet and private as any house we've ever rented. Pool was nice, but didn't use much, the second floor balcony was my favorite to wind down in the evenings.

My little family chose this property as our first vacation getaway with our 18 m/o son and it was perfect. It is spacious & much more than what we needed, but it gave our son plenty of room to run around and release some energy. It has all the comforts of home, and then some. The kitchen was well appointed & easy to navigate and prepare meals from, and having laundry facilities allowed us to pack very lightly...one suitcase for all three of us! Having a secure garage to park the rental car in was also a plus. I highly appreciated the owner's communication skills, responding to messages in a timely manner. They even included a detailed list of places to take our little one. I would make one minor correction in the listing. The Orlando airport is a 45 min drive, however we made two trips to Disney and both took 2 hours with moderate traffic. All in all this is a great place to stay. If you're looking for a beach vacation and want to relax, look no further. The secluded pool and deck off the master suite are great places to hang out. Would highly recommend Jason & Louise's property.

The house was extremely well stocked with everything you need for a great week at the beach! And the kitchen was stocked really well too! The house was very clean and comfortable. Jason & Louise were very available if needed and called a few times while we were there to ensure we were enjoying ourselves & had everything we needed.

Lots of space for family stay (9). Short walk to the beach, grocery store and liquor store. Would absolutely book again.

My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at the property. The overall stay was nice. A few things we didn’t like, and it was not on the Vrbo property info. You have to hit a button (Alarm) every time you go out to the patio and pool area door and every time you come back in the home or the alarm goes off. (Very Loud ) Dog’s hated it. This is an excellent safety feature for children.(yes, this is Florida law for newly installed pools) If you don’t have kids, very annoying. We have rented properties in different areas in Florida for the last eight years and never found this before. On some of the cooler days we would’ve loved to have the doors and windows open for fresh air… But couldn’t, Also, my dogs had to go to the restroom in a gravel area. Luckily, my dogs are used to that because they used to go in gravel, at our home. But not sure how other dogs would handle that. They had everything that you would need at the property, which was very nice, walking distance to everything, including the beach. Pets are not allowed on the beach near the property. The area of the beach where you can take a Pet is about a mile away. Internet connection not great, knives need sharpening, silverware inexpensive and could use new towels, really worn…Overall experience was okay. Will not be returning in the future solely because of the pool alarm. The host, Jason, was fantastic very attentive and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this to anybody that is bringing kids.

We loved this property. Very well equipped for the beach with bikes, beach wagons to haul everything, towels, games, beach umbrellas, chairs, even water shoes! The kitchen had every supply we could need. Often there is no salt or olive oil or something you need but this one had everything. And if you do need something else, the grocery store (Publix) was two blocks away. My daughter rode the bike there for popsicles.We came with our three adult daughters, brother and his wife and daughter and another brother who dropped in for a night with his son and daughter. It has three roomy bedrooms upstairs and a loft with a double bed, so lots of sleeping space. And a large gathering area downstairs with comfortable seating for everyone for games or movies. Very spacious and comfortable. Dunkin Donuts is just up the street and lots of restaurants around. Be sure to stop at RonJons and Cocoa Beach Surf Company. All within a short distance.Can't say enough good things about it. We all had a great time!

This house is awesome! My family and i stayed for 4 nights and were very impressed with the space and furnishings of the house. The location is perfect too! just a short walk to the beach or the pier. The neighborhood is quiet despite being within walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at Kennedy Space Center. A great time was had by all for sure! I would definitely stay again if i am ever in the area. Owners Jason and Louise were so helpful and had everything fixed so nice for us. There were no issues, but i know if there had been, they were just a text/call away. Thank you both for having us!

Great location few blocks from the beach.. spacious and clean inside..great pool. Minimal suggestions are improve landscaping in front of house and add silverware for kitchen. Would def be coming back! silverware for kitchen..
