A full-size Murphy bed off the living room—complete with a privacy curtain—adds even more sleeping space for families or groups.

THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• 1 non-shedding well-trained dog allowed w/ fee. Must be kenneled if left alone. No other pets without Coast approval.
• This home is the upstairs portion of a duplex—please be mindful of neighbors below.
• San Diego Airport flight path runs overhead. Departing flights are not allowed between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM.
