Stayed Dec 28, 2025We loved our stay at this house, we will definitely be rebooking. This house has everything you need and more, Spa, small pool, top deck, outdoor shower, 2 bathrooms, master bdrm with an amazing view, pool table, some exercise equipment, washer and dryer, fridge with water dispenser. Wish we could of stayed longer. Hosts were lovely Only thing we can fault if we had to was that the security camera faces directly the spa so i felt a bit uncomfortable that someone could watch me in my togs and house was a bit dusty but that was no biggie. Overall delighted with our stay Thanks

Stayed Dec 28, 2024Overall the property was good, location was excellent with very close proximity to the beach and pool/spa amenities were excellent. Stunning views of the sunrises. Property ideally needs some TLC, just simple things like nails being exposed on the deck, and furniture was a little worse for wear. On staying here you'll need to bring basic amenities like oil, paper towels, coffee, marmite etc. Plenty of heating however would have been nice to have some fans given the heat. Overall, we made good use of the roof deck for star gazing and enjoyed the outdoor areas including the BBQ hence we had a wonderful time away.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023We had a fantastic stay at Ruakaka. The house worked well for our group of family and friends. The location right on the beachfront is fantastic and we enjoyed long walks on the beach and swimming in the sea. When the weather wasn't so great the pool, spa and pool table were all well used. A wonderful spot and great hosts. Thanks for sharing with us!
