This is a very original 1970's A-frame holiday house. The interior is very simple and basic, but outside on the deck there's 360 degree uninterrupted views of the Kaiteriteri - beach, estuary & forest. You'll wake up to birdsong in the morning and lie in bed at night staring at the stars. Enjoy the deck over looking the beach, for outdoor dining, sunbathing and BBQs. A 5 minute walk to everywhere - wander down to the beach for a swim, to the lagoon to float down the river, grab a coffee at the Waterfront cafe, or go biking in the Kaiteriteri mountain bike park.

This 1970's holiday house is quite unique. Downstairs there's an open plan family living space with a basic kitchen, dining and couches. Up the spiral staircase there's the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed with forest views (and also a small single bed for little kids). There's also a second bedroom with 2 single beds with beach views. There's no curtains. Outside there's a simple cabin sleepout with a queen sized bed.
There's parking space for two cars.

There is no laundry facilities in the area, so please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towel. To keep prices low, we don't charge a cleaning fee, so please leave the house clean and exactly as you found it. The vacuum cleaner is in the cupboard by the fridge. Please take all your rubbish and recycling with you. We kindly ask you to respect the house as it is old. Please look after the contents of the house as this is our family house and we stay there often. Thank you so much. We hope you love this A-Frame house as much as we do :-)
