Stunning Beach Cottage with private pool! 2 miles to Beach!

The cottage was stunning and was so very well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. Marion was a responsive host and wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend!

We loved this rental. We stayed here for six nights and it was perfect. The pool was great and you can’t beat the location. Short drive to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and check in was very easy.

We loved our stay at this cottage. Great location and maybe the best location feature is it's seven houses from the most amazing ice cream haven you can imagine, just a short walk away. Very easy to get to and from the beach and other important places. Thoughtful umbrellas and outdoor lounges that you can maneuver to expose or hide from the sun. Loved it!

Staying at one of Marion’s properties is always an enjoyable experience. The property is clean (I am phobic about cleanliness) and if there is ever a need or question, there is a quick response. We have rented from her three times in the past and have never been disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Pointe Cottage. A lovely private yard with heated pool and comfortable cottage with all you need only a short drive from the beach makes this a good rental option. Hats off to Marion, who is a fine host.

Nice property and well equipped. The beach chairs, cooler and umbrella's were especially handy for our daily trips over to beautiful Bonita Beach to enjoy the stunning sunsets.

This home is so charming! We loved the decor and overall feel of the house. We enjoyed the pool and used it everyday. The location was great and we were able to do day trips to Fort Myers and Naples without having to drive too far. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is well maintained and extremely cozy. From cozy bedding, cool dinnerwear, immaculate pool, spacious open areas to the proximity to gorgeous beaches and delicious dining, I couldn't ask for anything rlse. It's my second stay and I am sure I'll be back. It just feels good here. The host is accomodating and available as needed.

My mom and I stayed during a short trip from Michigan to visit her friends. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy time together. We slept great in the lovely bedrooms. Mattresses were very comfortable and we appreciated the quality linens in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood convenient to shops, restaurants, and beaches.

The house was lovely and cozy. It was extremely well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic in a nice private yard. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The location was perfect. Just minutes from the beach and close to all of the restaurants and shopping. Communication with the host was top-notch and everything was smooth and easy. We will definitely be back.

This is our second time to stay at this house. It gets better every time. Last summer was amazing but it was better this time. We plan on making this vacation home a part of our summers from now on.

We’ve been coming to this area for years. This rental is - so far- our top choice!We love the amazing garden with lots of privacy. The pool is much larger than expected from the pictures. House is very well kept and wifey stole the one or the other decoration inspiration. Birds are chirping all day - pure relaxation.Love the office space you’ve set up for us. This was definitely not our last visit here….

Our 3 week winter get away was only made better by our stay at this lovely cottage. We immediately felt at home and comfortable by all the amenities. Marion and Rene are very responsive to any needs you may have. The outdoor pool area is very quiet and secluded. There are many good restaurants nearby and of course a fan favorite Royal Scoops ice cream just 0.25 mi away. The house is very comfortable with lots of areas to not be on top of each other. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils as well. Paying to heat the pool is a bonus we enjoyed every day! The neighborhood offers a beautiful environment for a morning walk, so many beautiful homes. We look forward to next years adventure in SW Florida.

Our stay at Bay Pointe Cottage was most ideal. The space is so welcoming, clean, cheery, peaceful and very beautifully appointed. The cottage is in a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all we wanted to see and do. The outdoor patio and pool area provided for a serene area to unwind and relax. Marion, the owner, is very hospitable, kind and easily accessible. Thanks so much, Marion, for making our Bonita Springs vacation so positively memorable.

Clean, well kept property with a great heated pool. Quiet neighborhood. Just a note for future guests - the house was not stocked with shower soap, enough garbage bags, or laundry detergent so make sure you stop by the grocery store for those things. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
