Great communication, seamless stay, great property, wished I could stay longer

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Drew was a pleasure to work with and was so helpful with anything we needed!

We had a wonderful time here. We used all the amenities, pool, spa, bikes, golf cart, bbq, fire pit., pool table and game table. Drew was easy to communicate with and always checked in to see if everything was going okay and making sure we were having a good time.

Canceled on us the morning of arrival. Left us scrambling to find a place to stay after paying 4,000. An awful experience and unacceptable. We literally had no where to stay.

Fantastic home and location. Drew was an awesome host! We will be back!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. It was located in a safe and secure neighborhood, and had everything we needed to enjoy a festival weekend. Fully stocked with towels, a pantry with a blender, air fryer, and plenty of other cooking supplies, and even a grill. We loved the hot tub and pool, and especially loved using the billiards table! The only possible drawback is that the walls are a bit thin, so if there is any early yard work being done by the neighbors you’ll likely hear it. Nothing earplugs cant fix! We would be happy to return here in the future, and are grateful for how communicative and helpful the host was. Thank you!!

Stayed here with a group of friends for a tennis tournament. Drew was very helpful and always responsive. The property was lovely and very well equipped! The outdoor space was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A perfect house for a large group of friends.

This house was perfectly maintained, the owner could not have been friendlier or more responsive and went out of his way to make sure everything was as it should be. The house is beautiful and has everything one needs for a fantastic stay. Located inside PGA West, it is 1 minute from the clubhouse, stadium course and Nicklaus Tournament Course. I highly recommend this house and host

Property is clean and there’s enough room for a large group. We had a few minor issues which were addressed immediately by Drew. He is a gem. Outdoor furniture could use an update and the bikes need new tires as we weren’t able to use them, which was one item we were looking forward to taking some sunset rides. BBQ was spotty but Drew addressed that and it wasn’t a problem the rest of the trip. Overall, we would visit again.
