We are a group of 22 and having the space and private bathrooms is wonderful!We take advantage of all of the amenities at the Boardwalk as well as the location to Lake Michigan. If there is one thing that could be different, it would be an 11AM check out. 10AM is hard! Thanks.

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at this very spacious house that comfortably fit our party of 12 including two infants, three kids under 5, and seven adults. The addition of the guest house was nice for a retreat from the chaos of children. For those looking to travel with children, the sound does travel given the open nature of the floorplan, but this was not a dealbreaker for us. Our kids loved the amenities of the resort and even just driving around on the golf cart. The quick walk to Lake Michigan was also a nice perk. We felt that the kitchen was lacking, a few typical tools, including Tupperware, but otherwise things were well apportioned. We didn’t know that there were toys in the basement before arriving, but it was a nice surprise (though I would not call the toy collection extensive). We also could never find the king bed that was mentioned on the original listing, but there were queens in each bedroom (or twins if so listed). Overall, it was a great place to stay for our week of vacation.

The only thing I would ch age is adding a little more pots, skillets, etc for cooking and the pull out couch being repaired.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We like Beachwalk but had some disappointments. The floors were dirty so the children’s feet and legs of the babies got dirty. The rest of the home was cleaned nicely. The loft was so steep we could not use it for the younger children and even the adults didn’t like it. The sofa bed was broken so we didn’t have enough room for everyone. One couple left and stayed elsewhere. Ray Bans had a lot of ants in the kitchen. Garage fridge hadn’t been cleaned. The pool was cold - especially the small pool! Was advertised as heated?? The kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms and baths were very nice and clean. If we come back will probably try a different home.
