Lilyfield is a spectacular newly built modern property set in an idyllic rural location in beautiful Speyside, Scotland. Situated close to Charlestown of Aberlour it offers spectacular views of Ben Rinnes and the surrounding countryside.

Sleeping 9 people in 3 king size and 1 triple room and with 3 bath/shower rooms in total it offers all the space and amenities for a comfortable stay for families or a group of friends.

The state of the art air source heating combined with heatrecovery system means the property is really cosy all year round and the wood burning stove situated in the open-plan living area adds that extra element of comfort for those cold wintry nights.

It’s warmth, space, light and enclosed private garden offers all the privacy and tranquillity rural living gives. With many walks, villages, fishing, skiing and the famous Malt Whisky Trail right on your doorstep there are plenty of sights and activities to keep all ages amused.

Lilyfield is a 1.5 storey modern build property. You will enter via a spacious utility room comprising washing and drying facilities and a large area for shoes and coats. From here you will then enter into the open-plan living area comprising a well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The full length south facing window wall offers spectacular views as well as making the most of every drop of sunlight.

Off the lounge there is the first king size bedroom with en-suite facilities. A second king size mezzanine style bedroom is located above the living area. Through a small corridor off the kitchen you will find a spacious twin room and shower room (not en-suite). Finally take the stairs up from the kitchen to find a third generous king size room and family bathroom.

    Myself, my husband and 3 children (20, 18 & 16yrs) just spent the most amazing 2 weeks at this beautiful holiday home (Aug 2025). It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, it is beautifully decorated, is extremely quiet, has stunning views and is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen for self catering. It is a 7min drive to the closest village of Aberlour, where there is a well stocked co-op, a small hotel and a couple of bars and shops. It is a 25min drive to bigger supermarkets in Elgin. This area is perfect for exploring the beautiful Scottish countryside, with loads of great walk,s hikes, castles and train journeys to explore. I would highly recommend this property for a great relaxing vacation.

    Lilyfield was amazing. Everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Views from the cottage are breath taking. Enjoyed sitting outside in the fresh air hearing the sheep in the fields. Claire was a most gracious host and assured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying if you are in the area.

    A very modern and lovely located house, surrounded by beautiful nature. We will definitely come back! The owner sells also very high quality beef from their farm, highly recommended to try!

    Property was great.Everything was clean and inviting. Comfy beds. Everything available in kitchen. We loved the location, good walks in the area. Flies were a bit of a problem but probable due to the surrounding area, nothing to do with the property. Would not put us off staying again.

    the location is beautiful, right in the middle of the scotch valley, Claire is a wonderful host. I highly recommend the steaks and lamb chops from the animals raised on the farm. We will definitely return to this property. Thanks again for everything Claire Best regards Costin & co
