Stunning 4 bedroom beach retreat w/ private pool

Fantastic rental! House was well equipped with kitchen and beach needs. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean! All things including just communication was excellent! Hope to stay here again

Folly Field Dreams was awesome! The hosts were super easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and tidy. Everything was in order. The house, the pool, it was all just perfect for our family.We didn’t have to look far for anything we needed in the kitchen!Our grandkids loved the pool of course and the games and books as well. With a 6 and 3 year old, the proximity to the beach and the private gate access made the day so much easier!We certainly plan to return.

Great house and location! This house was even better in person than what the pictures show and the pool was perfect and beach was very private. These hosts really provide so many amenities which those that travel with young children will especially appreciate. We try to come to HHI every year and will likely book here again as it really did exceed our expectations. The hosts also communicate often and respond quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayed at this rental in late March, having previously had a great experience there two years prior. My husband and I have stayed in most sections of HHI over the years and the Folly Field area has become our favorite. The location of this rental is a very convenient stroll to the beach and an easy drive to groceries, activities, and restaurants. The beach near the access point was sparsely populated, unlike nearby areas in front of large developments. It has a neighborhood feel because that's what it is.We were a party of 6, including two toddlers. The pool (we had it heated) was perfect when the beach was too cold and/or windy for the children or we wanted brief water time between dinner and kids' bedtimes. It was also great for this adult when the children were napping.The layout of the home worked well for our group. Two small living rooms/dens allow for a kids' play area and an adult hang out area. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. There was room in the front and back yards for our Shih Tzu to do her business. I've experienced beach rentals before with little space for her.The owners were proactive in their communications. We did not have any issues that required attention during our stay, but I was glad to know that they were there for us.

House was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We especially liked that there was a wagon with chairs and umbrellas that we could use to go to the beach. We will definitely go back.

We loved everything about the house. The pool was great and the kids just loved having their own pool. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the path to the beach but I am not in good physical condition and struggled a little bit butI would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding location and value. Very clean and well appointed from furnishings to high end towels.

Beautiful property in an A+ location. Great for enjoying everything Hilton Head has to offer!
