Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an absolutely beautiful and immaculate home providing everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. Upon arriving, however, we were very disappointed to see that it is right on the main road and that the back yard/ pool backs right up to it which makes for a lot of noise as you are trying to sit on the deck or spend any time in the yard. When you sit on the rooftop deck you have a nice view of the water on one side and a view of the traffic on 30a on the other side. You can see and hear the cars. The pictures are very deceiving, as the angles that were photographed made sure that the road was not visible ...all of this being said, the house is stunning and comfortable. Also be advised the house is pet friendly which is awesome but we came to find out pets are not allowed on the beach without a permit so check into that before you come if you are planning on bringing your pet on the beach.

The view from the top balcony is gorgeous! We cooked 3 nights while we were there and had all the pots pans, dishes etc., that we needed. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. The only downside for us was all tge steps without the use of the elevator. We had 3 elderly people in our group and they had a hard time on the stairs. But, we knew that ahead of time.

We had contemplated a cruise as well as vacationing in Hilton Head; but our love for this area, could not convince us of spending the last of (6) spring breaks with our core group ANYWHERE else. And, this home, this trip was ALL we anticipated and so much more. We became central station for many other friend groups staying nearby due to how this property could easily entertain outdoors these amazing kids and chaperones. Thank you, owners - THANK YOU Blue Swell for closing out a chapter in flying colors. It truly was a pleasure!

The location was great with walking access to the beach and back to the house, no need to find public parking and load everything up; and convenient and short drives to all of our favorite restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and very functional for our group, we will certainly be looking to stay here again on our next trip to 30A.

The big kitchen/dining/living area was perfect. The property was clean and comfortable - the kitchen appliances are high end (induction stove) and the bedrooms were spacious. The pool was not that clean, but we spent our time at the beach anyway. Overall a great experience.

We had 4 families and everyone felt like they had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen/ living room was perfect for everyone to gather & away from bedrooms so kids could sleep. It was so nice having the pool as well when the kids were done with the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This is the perfect house for large families with many sleep bunks. You are steps from the beach and a short drive away to many restaurants and shops and activities. Having our own large backyard and privacy was such a treat. Everything was neat and well kept. Because the house is four stories, beware of lots of steps...we slept my elderly mother on the bottom floor and she was fine. If you like to cook, I’d bring your own sharp cutlery and a cutting board. The kitchen could have used a few more items but we just bought what we needed. The beach was absolutely beautiful of course! It is a large and beautiful house right on 30A! Perfect place to bike everywhere you need to go. We had a great time!

To start from the beginning we booked this house because the pictures looked stunning, the outdoor area, pool, and location to Seaside all seemed very appealing. When we got to the property we were surprised to find that the downstairs layout is a little awkward. To enter the house you have to go through the outdoor shower, through the small bunk room, which my teens dubbed the Harry Potter closet, to get to the actually entry. If you left or returned to the house you would have to go through the Harry Potter closet in order to lock the house up. Not a great layout for anyone staying in that room. The downstairs master bathroom was just gross. The first night there I went to shower and there were black hairs all over the shower walls. I noticed the drain was having trouble draining only to find a giant wad of black hair clogging the drain. Gag! The sliding door to the downstairs master comes off the track A LOT. One night I got stuck in the bathroom and had to wake my husband to get me out. To get to the outdoor area you either have to go through one of the downstairs bedrooms or out the front door through the parking area then back into the fenced outdoor area.The outdoor area is great though for hanging out after the beach. We grilled one night while there and our teens made bonfires several nigjts we were tjere.

The location could not have been better - A few steps from the beach, and with in walking distance to Airstream row and several great restaurants. The house was ready upon check-in, and had everything we needed. We even extended our stay an extra night. The management company was GREAT to work with as well.

The location was amazing, just a few steps away from the beach. Plenty of space throughout the house on each floor. The rooftop view was beautiful and I would definitely go back.

Great trip, great location.

This house is in desperate need of repair - and cleaning. The pool and “cool spa” (which is actually a broken hot tub) were not working during our entire stay. We waited two separate days for maintenance - they never came. House was filthy, furniture covered in food and stains. Also broken furniture/chairs throughout. We’ve never had such a bad experience

PHENOMENAL location & views. Needs pest control- brown spider came out of cupboard. 6 cockroaches found around different rooms of home. Small bugs in sink. Also, message confirming hot tub can be heated up, when looking around property unable to find temp control- reach out to property mgmt during stay & they say it can be heated but informed us there would be a charge which was never told to us in the original message. We had to pick up another dog’s poop when we first arrived in the backyard as that didn’t seem clean out back either.

The house was just as advertised. Clean and everything in great shape. We had all we needed there for a great vacation. Only problem we had was a homeless guy staying just off the path to the beach. It had the ladies kind of leery walking to the beach.
