Stunning 3-Story Cottage Ocean & Sound Views with Beach Access

Great time, beautiful property, looking forward to staying again

Shower heads were gross, we cleaned them, but they need to be replaced. Sheets in one of the beds were not clean and tiny ants were in that same bedroom. Towel rack was barely hanging on the wall in one bathroom and outside furniture is rusty and flaking off, not safe for young children to be around in my opinion. Owners Management team was not helpful and very rude. We will never stay at this property again even though we loved how close it was to the beach.

Mary’s property was perfect for our family. A short walk to the beach and wonderful water views from the decks. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a fantastic location and I appreciated how she connected with us and made sure all of the info was easy to access. Mary is a delightful host and we loved her home. We will definitely be back!

Went down for a long weekend and took the boat. House was in a great location and right across from a marina which was convenient. Quick walk to the beach as well. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen worked as expected. Mary was easy to communicate with. Good experience overall

Everything was great. A couple things that I would like to mention the ants are terrible around the back porch & it was a short amount of toilet paper and paper towels. It’s not that big of a deal but the house sleeps 8 people and 5 rolls of toilet paper just isn’t enough. Overall 5 star experience!’

Very clean and lovely home. Nice full size bathrooms in each bedroom. Beautiful view off the third floor balcony which is where the living room, dining area and kitchen are located. Owner very quick to respond to all questions. Wonderful place to vacation!

Our family get together was great in this home. We enjoyed the view from the deck especially all the lights from the Morehead city port. The location was close to everything and a short walk down the street to a beautiful beach. Mary the host was excellent to work with and very accomodating.

Great checking in and communicating with the owner. A few items in need of updates, repair. Got a workout for the week with the kitchen upstairs, so I had no guilt missing my workouts! Central location, could go to most attractions in under 20 minutes drive. 10 min walk to the beach was bonus. The beach is huge, lots of shells, families and fun!

This property was very clean and was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable and so nice. We really enjoyed our stay and this property owner is extremely nice and helpful.

Great location. Easy access to beach and marina. Short ride to shopping and restaurants. Every bedroom has en-suite bathrooms! Great value for the price.
