Stunning 1-Bedroom Furnished Apartment Overlooking Beautiful Halifax Harbour

Our little home away from home was perfect. Just what we were looking for. Great location and so easy to get to and from. The owners, Moe and Lucy were so nice and accommodating.. easy to contact. Will definitely recommend and will book again.

It was perfect for what I needed

We were very pleased with the apt. It was clean, comfortable and inviting and well-equipped. Very convenient location with ferry to Halifax within easy walking distance. Also a very good bed which made for a good night.

The apartment was set up extremely well and made us feel like we were at home during our stay.

It is close to Halifax ferry. It is a basement apartment so it is necessary to have lights on all the time (personally I like bright places with windows).

The view of Halifax harbour was spectacular when the trains weren’t there. Easy access to Halifax and all highways . The unit is well equipped and clean the only down fall was the mattress was too small for the box spring.

Mo was the perfect host

Lucy and Mo were gracious hosts with all the information we needed for a productive stay. Their home was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to transportation if you don't want to drive. Everything was like it was described and on the fotos. Nice beighborhood, nice walk to the ferry or to the busses. It was a great stay, everything was perfect and the host was caring very friendly during the blackout (cuased by Fiona). The only thing I didn't like? That I couldn't stay longer!

I enjoyed the location, nice and quiet with a beautiful view of Halifax. You can leave the car parked and walk to the ferry terminal for a short ride into Halifax.

Location was great, but it wasnt clear that this was a basement suite with no views from the suite. Small high basement windows only

A room with a view. The location was ideal and the view of the harbour from the deck was idyllic. I was in Halifax to move my daughter into her dorm. Starting and ending the day with this incredible view was perfect. Maurice and Lucy were warm, friendly and welcoming. The location felt incredibly safe for a solo female traveller. The bed was very comfortable.There are a couple very minor things that would have added to the stay-some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and a Keurig coffee machine with some coffee pods would have been a nice touch.Check in and check out was seamless and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again!Thanks Maurice and Lucy.

It is a lovely apartment, that is very conveniently located for walking or driving to restaurants in downtown Dartmouth.

Very nice apartment with a stunning view of the harbour. Walking distance to many restaurants and activities (once we knew that we didn't have to go to Halifax lol)We will look it up if we're ever that way again.

Ordinary basement suite with small bedroom with double bed ( not queen). Nice view of the harbour from outside over the road and railway tracks.

Great location for al the activities we planned in Dartmouth for the week we were there. Apartment was clean and not noisy. We enjoyed sitting on the outside deck to watch the boats. Easy access to the Halifax Ferry.

We were impressed to have found such a beautiful spot with a harbour view that didn't break the bank. The location was super, and Moe and Lucy were excellent hosts.

Staying at this property was an amazing experience. The property was adorable with an incredible view of the harbor. The property owners were so welcoming and hospitable. When we return to Halifax we will definitely book with this property owner.

Easy walking access to the ferry. Quiet, close to amenities. Lovely deck with a view of Downtown Halifax. Great hosts!
