Studio on Lemon Bay, Private Dock, Kayaks

Out of the way but convenient. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Gulf of Mexico less than a 5 minute walk across the street. The owners thought of everything. Only suggestion would be to replace the coat tree with some kind of rack/shelving that would allow to hang and store clothes so you wouldn't have to live out of suitcase. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful studio! Close to everything!

The studio was clean and well maintained and communication with the host was great. We didn’t have any trouble while we were there. The studio was a little small for a couple and a dog, including the bed size, but overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Place had everything we needed, even enough chairs!!! Absolutely spotless! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! Loved walking around in the morning. There is a dock to go sit on and look out at Lemon Bay! This place is fabulous, you can tell they care about their land, cottages and homes. Most of all they care about their guest and it shows! We will be back, thank you for your hospitality!

Very nice studio, beautiful grounds and about a 200 yard walk to the beach. Our second time staying here.

Stayed here from March 31 through April 3, 2025. It was perfect for my visit. It was so close to all the restaurants, yet it was so peaceful. Really enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in close proximity to many restaurants and stores and also very close to the beach. Very relaxing

Very clean and quiet

Our stay was a perfect couples getaway for the weekend. The studio style room was nice and clean and freshly updated. It's a duplex connected to a unit and I suspect you could possbly rent both for a larger party. It's not on the beach but directly across with plenty of access. The unit is tucked away in the trees and nicely landscaped which I really enjoyed. We didn't use the kitchenette but it looked like you had everything you need for a longer stay. We simply walked up the street to the local restaurants for dinner and drinks. Check-in and check out was a breeze with great communication from the host. The only somewhat negative is not the unit but with the local community. They have made a tremendous amount of recovery after the last hurricane but you have to understand it's not back 100% yet. The beaches are great, the county/city parks are not open yet, and restaurants are somewhat limited. If you understand and accept that you'll have a great time.

The location is amazing at this property.It's a boater's paradise. The beach is minutes away. We found many shark teeth just walking the local beach there. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

We enjoyed the property, beach and restaurants. We had the good fortune of kayaking with three manatees!
