STUDIO apt. nightly or monthly stays with washer, dryer, work space and WiFi

It is a very cozy, clean space and very convenient to Chestnut Hill where I was visiting my friend! I will definitely return here if it is available, and if there are more people staying with me, I would also love to stay in the two bedroom upstairs!! Thanks so much for everything Rae!!

Very questionable area. The shower valve was backwards and flooded the floor every time we used it. The toilet seat was children sized. If we could have found another place close we would have left. The main door lock looked poorly installed. Would never recommend this rental to anyone.

Perfect place for a short stay, has everything you need! The only con is the unit is not well insulated so you hear every person/car outside walking by and the unit upstairs. Otherwise had a great stay!

This was the best stay I have ever had with a VRBO. It was just perfect . It was clean stylish and everything I could have needed was there. Home away from home. The Hostess an d the owner of the property was very attentive, friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. Area it is in was near every thing I needed.

This was a comfortable, clean and attractive apartment. Rae was amazing and very responsive. There was some road work being done while I was there which was not anything to be avoided and was not a problem for me at all. I would stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay when we came for a wedding in Philly. The studio is clean and well furnished. The area is quiet. We had green space for our dogs. It was wonderful.

This was a great little studio. It is the downstairs part of the address and it had everything one would need for a stay. Simple check-in and check-out process. It has both heat and a/c which was needed as the temperature didn't know what it wanted to do. The washer and dryer was very convenient to have. On Street parking. Host was very friendly and helpful when contacted.

Nice studio. Has pretty much everything we needed. Great for 12 ppl. Street parking is easy to find. Food option is plenty. H-Mart nearby and a bunch of Korean restaurants.

The apartment was as described and felt safe and comfortable. Review asks for rating of national park experience with required star. I suppose it should say “overall experience” and rated as such. There was an ice storm our last night making it hazardous to exit. Recommend asking host for ice/snow removal measures in advance of future winter bookings.Nice place and close to What we needed!

Great place in a great location for us—daughter on Mount Airy. Very comfortable with easy access and decent street parking, too. Will look for the same place net trip to Philly!

Every comfort of home with all the extras needed to make your stay the best! I loved it so much I booked another month! Rae was an awesome host and was very responsive to every inquiry.

Drove up and my husband said we are not staying here - it is not a safe area. It was a noisy busy street in a rough area. We are from Atlanta so we know safe vs not safe. I notified the host that we wouldnt be staying for this reason. I only received automated messages. She finally messaged to say no refund of any type and she wouldnt be threatened by my leaving a bad review. Wow what a crappy way to treat a customer who paid 100% up front. Ive rented a LOT of placed with zero problem ever. This was a nightmare. Plenty of nice places to stay in N Philly. AVOID THIS ONE!

We had a last minute change of our accommodations, Rae was lovely and very welcoming! It was in our price range that we wanted as we were there for a music festival in Mayanuk. Was accessible to various areas of Philadelphia.

Nice apartment, and would be great for a longer stay than I needed. Best water pressure of any shower I've used in any hotel or B and B
