This property is charming and in a great location. Everything was nicely updated and we enjoyed the quiet neightborhood.

Great location! We enjoyed our stay & had no issues. Very nice neighborhood & quiet. Highly recommend Rockwood Bakery & Manito Park which are a 8 minute walk away from house.

Cute house in a convenient and walkable location. The basement has been remodeled and was appreciated. My only wish was that the outdoor living space in the backyard had better accommodations.

For our short stay, the Colette was perfect. We were visiting family and were able to meet them there and walk to Manito Park, Rockwood, Bakery and Little Euro restaurant. Huckleberry’s grocery is a minute’s drive away. The house was very clean, had plenty of air-conditioning for any hot days, and a good-sized kitchen. We liked the cozy upstairs living room, but also used the bigger family room downstairs. The backyard was perfect for having our little one and our pup run around. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and furs babies stayed here for 3 nights. Loved how close it was to the park and saw wild turkeys and a deer walking down the street. Inside of house was close to accurate to pictures and were very comfortable downstairs, but the outside of house and back yard was a bit worn down curb appeal pulling up was a bit disappointing.

Our family traveled to Eastern WA to visit colleges. The Colette was a great central location for us to stay and had all of the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was awesome, close to food and downtown Spokane. Having Manito Park nearby was perfect with walks with the dog. We enjoyed our time at The Colette!

This house had plenty of space for our family of 5 adults and 3 dogs. It looks even better in person than in the photos and was just very homey and comfortable. The house was really well stocked with almost everything you could need for a stay. The location was perfect for a quick 12 minute Uber ride to the Spokane Arena for a game. Tyler, the host, is very responsive and made the check-in and check-out process super easy. We look forward to staying again on our next visit to Spokane.

We were very happy with our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and central to many places we needed to visit in the area. The home was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed. The beds are very comfortable, TVs are nice in two different common areas, kitchen is well equipped. Check-in and check-out process were very easy. We would definitely book again if back in the area!

We had a nice stay at this property. The house is on a quiet street and we appreciated parking 2 cars on the driveway. It had everything we needed. Very comfortable too.

The house is adorable - just as pictured. Comfortable beds, extremely clean, and updated kitchen. Will definitely rent again the next time we’re in town.

This was a lovely house that fit perfect for my husband and I and two adult children,all from Florida. Tyler was great answering all our questions and making our stay a weekend to be remembered I would highly recommend this home.
