Very accommodating host!

Tracey was super friendly and everything we could possibly need was in the home.

Tracey is the sweetest host we have ever encountered and the home has anything you could ever think of that you would need. The kids are still talking about the homemade cinnamon rolls Tracey dropped off twice during our stay. I will definitely be back!

The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could imagine needing! And was attractive and homey. Our toddlers had everything they needed, from bedding to toys to toddler chairs! It was a great home for a family gathering.

Communication was outstanding! The house was very clean and in a great location. It felt like we were in the country but we were close to town. The host treated us like family.

This house was wonderful from the moment I booked it. Tracey answered every question I had. She is so kind and considerate. I would highly recommend staying here. The inside and outside are very accommodating. Beautifully decorated. Will definitely stay here again.

The home is very warm and inviting. My hosts were attentive, putting much thought into the details of a home away from home. The hot tub was a real treat to enjoy after a busy day. It feels like being in a cabin in the woods as my granddaughter said, yet close to city amenities. I highly recommend this property for your Wichita stay.

The house was beautiful, clean, well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were great. Great place to relax on the back patio or to take a walk in the quiet neighborhood. No night traffic noise.

My husband and I stayed at Tracey's lovely VRBO and visited with our cousins. We hosted a cookout and used the BBQ grill and Tracey's lovely dishes! I definitely would stay there again and highly recommend it to others!

Secluded, quiet neighborhood and private, quiet home. Seemed like we were well out of town, but it was close to highway and close to town so that we could get anywhere we wanted easily. Great communication with host.

Beautiful property secluded from all the busyness of town but close enough to get wherever you want to go quickly this rental property has a rustic feel for down home good family entertainment.. plenty of room to stretch out and relax with a hot tub to relax those sore muscles after a long day of shopping or wandering around the zoo.. I cannot say enough great things about the owners of this property and the links that they go to to make your stay enjoyable and feel like a home away from home

This was a beautiful home and space. So peaceful and inviting. Tracy was so helpful and kind. We will definitely stay again when we go back to that area.

Great find if you want a tranquil setting. We loved the deck and outdoor sitting spaces, nice areas for walks, and roomy kitchen for cooking. Owner lives nearby and was great about communicating and making us feel right at home!

House was large enough for our group. We were there very little because of all the activities we had planned surrounding my brother’s wedding. While we were there, it was room and easy to access to from the major roads. The yard is inviting. A shaded oasis. Nice quiet place.

Quite clean, great interior with comfortable beds and all of the appliances work great. We enjoyed watching a movie in the plush living room. Also enjoyed the hot tub. The outside is natural and the home is situated at a lightly traveled end of a street. Owner was helpful, friendly, hospitable, and kind. Rolls were delicious!

This house gas everything you need. It’s a nice quiet, private neighborhood. The host is kind and atttentive to the needs of the renters. They go out of the way to make sure you have what you need.

We had a great time. It was very relaxing. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Loved the back patio for a relaxing morning with coffee and chatting.
