Stayed Oct 2, 2024This beautiful property was the perfect setting for our multigenerational family gathering. The home is spacious and comfortable, with large bedrooms and plenty of gathering space. The kitchen is large and well-appointed, and there's a lovely front porch where we people-watched and enjoyed the breezes. Plus the beach is a very short walk away, which meant we visited multiple times a day from early morning walks to stargazing trips with our young grandchildren. Brad, the owner, was a delightful host who communicated all of the details we needed and stayed in touch when we had questions. We'd highly recommend this home and would love to visit again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Absolutely the best stay at 19 Jefferson Avenue. Checked in Thursday…departed Monday morning. Family Party of 10 had the most incredible long vacation weekend together. Very spacious home & very accommodating for all!!! Closeness to the Ocean & downtown Historic Cape May. Ready to book again. Thank you!!!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We usually spend a week in LBI with our family consisting of 7 adults and 4 young children. We decided to switch it up and spend the week in Cape May this summer. We’re all glad we did! The house was perfect for all of us and the location was ideal - close to the beach and walking distance to town. We love to cook dinners instead of going out and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely return.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The location couldn't be better and the house is lovely. The only negative would be that the bathroom on the main level in in a bedroom, so you have to go through bedroom to enter the bathroom. If someone is sleeping, this becomes. problem. Porch is fabulous and a lovely ocean breeze is felt throughout the day!

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We are a group of 8 neighbors/friends who have stayed here twice and it's the perfect house for a ladies trip! Beautifully and comfortably decorated with enough space for most of us to have our own room. Big dining room table for crafts and games, close to shopping and dining. Perfect!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Location was great. So easy to walk to beach and town. House has plenty of space for 3 families and tons of beach gear. Loved sitting on outdoor patio in morning and evenings. Property owner was so easy work with.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Good home, plenty of room for 4 families w/6 total kids. Home was clean and had all that you would need for a long weekend. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking needs. It is an old house, but they've upgraded many things, yet kept the character. No issues with anything and check-in/check-out was very easy. Good communications from the owner. Very satisfied.
