Stayed Mar 6, 2025House isn't fit for holiday rental need money spent on the decaying houseThe cleanliness of the house was absolutely disgusting just plain dirty....Lawns 400mm long inside 2 of the 3 kettles was black the grime and grease all through the kitchen grill and stove a grease pit....There are a lot nicer ones then this for less money

Reviewer Comments: Good accommodation - nothing flash but that’s all we needed for two weeks in perfect Hat Head.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in hat head, everything within a minute or two walk. House is a good size and the yard is great for the kids. Only downfall was the cleanliness of the house.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our Holiday at Stoutys, the location and yard was great. House was perfectly sized for our family and reasonably comfortable, the accommodation is just really tired! Paint pealing off every wall, the cook top/oven and BBQ don't work very well and just an overall feeling of a lack of maintenance. The price was very reasonable so i wasn't expecting to much but even the shower curtain was covered in mold which would cost under $20 to replace and make guest feel much more comfortable.
