Storey Lake Resort 5 Bedroom Private Pool Home

My stay was wonderful! The family really enjoyed spending time together. I do have a couple of suggestions consider adding streaming channels to all the TVs, and the home did get quite hot at times. Also, one of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly, but we were able to fix it ourselves.

I contacted the rental office about the pool, the light. Overall cleanliness could have been better. Hair was in main shower, food under table and rug in living room could have been clean.

Had a wonderful time staying here over New Years. The house is exactly as pictured and the location was about a 15min drive to all the theme parks with plenty of shopping and grocery nearby. Management was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We were very excited about the house and space we were renting. First thing we saw was the front entry box open with McDonald wrappers in clear sight. Entered the home and it was beautiful but soon found that it was not very clean. Found clumps of hair out by the pool area and on the laundry room floor. Moved a water fall to plug it in and found that it didn’t work and when we moved it back the was crumbs, chips and other dirt all around it. A broken. Plastic spoon was stepped on while walking to the pool, empty plastic water bottles, the bench seat by table was very wobbly, air hokey table was very wobbly, no salt for shuffleboard so the discs did not slide well, so we literally didn’t use the game area. You have no control of hot tub temperature, so at times to hot to sit in other times colder than the pool water. They did come to repair these things while we were out for the day, with the exception of the salt for shuffleboard, we were told we could play without. We had a dog with us and had 4 colored balls for his use. These balls were an $18 purchase just for the trip, they were there when we left for our day excursion and gone when we returned. Reached out to management and we were told cleaning crew wouldn’t remove anything while guests were there so they must have disappeared. No instructions left for use of in-home speakers or use of TVs, on your own to figure that out. Home was beautiful but pictures of pool area were deceiving for size just so you are aware. Paid an extra for a grill that is old and rusty in appearance. I feel for the money you’re paying for the rental the expectations should be raised, have some pool toys, kitchen basics. Families have enough to pack without needing to make a full grocery store run for the basic necessities. Resort area was nice but no opening and closing times posted for guests. All in all a fair experience, not sure that we would choose to stay with this company again. They were made aware of many of these issues and no offers to compensate for their flaws.

Plenty of room and the neighborhood is great

This house is very nice and large. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and spa were a nice retreat after long days at the parks. Plenty of room to relax in all areas. Only small request, it would have been appreciated if some typical household and kitchen items were provided.- Hand soap, Kleenex, extra trash bags, salt & pepper, etc. These would have gone a long way to help enjoy the stay. We ran to the convenience store/Target more than we'd have preferred and none were particularly close. In the future perhaps you could provide at an additional fee.

We loved the house and location. It was close to all of the Disney parks. Newer area with beautiful pool and kids activities at the clubhouse. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great vacation! The beds were very comfortable, and TVs were a perfect size for each bedroom. Kitchen well equipped. I would highly recommend.
