Stayed Apr 5, 2026The hot tub does not work. That was a selling point and I imagined while I was there, sitting in the hot tub, sipping on a beverage. They gave us the run around for days pretending they were going to fix it and nothing. They came and said they turned the heat up on the water heater, still did not work. I think they know it doesn’t work and are refusing to get it repaired. The microwave also did not work, it continuously hums as if it is on when closed but won’t heat your food up. We had to leave it open so it did not hum. If those two things are not a big deal to you then I say go for it. The house was clean enough besides the fact that the master bath toilet had rust on the bottom (gross) I cleaned it myself. Other than that, it was an okay home. The one next door is emaculate. TV by the pool ans everything, so I say go for that one

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Kitchen- Not enough pots and pans of good condition or glasses for this amount of people. Blender didn't work because of missing parts but then they did send a new one the next day. Cutting knives were really old so we bought new ones for the house and new cutting board as one in the house was so small. We paid for heating on the spa and were charged 35 a day, it didn't work the whole stay and still haven't received any credit. Pool pump and spa pump wasn't working which caused the pool to turn really cloudy during the stay. Lost all internet for 24 hours and the internet is really slow as it isn't password protected. Microwave handle was loose, upstairs closet door was off the rail when we arrived, pool table pockets have holes in them and no pop a shot as listed in the pictures but does have a table tennis now. Overall the place is nice, I was disappointed we haven't been compensated for the pool/spa or grill which arrived 48 hours late.
