This house was big and beautiful. It was enough space and bathrooms for everyone. Janice was a good host and I couldn’t thank her enough for letting us use her home. The neighborhood was beautiful and big.Me my family & friends had a good time here.

The neighborhood was great. The pool was nice but no slide like the picture depicts and it is more driving distance than walking distance. The house was large, and easy to access and find. The stay was rated at a 2/5 because the house was filthy. There was dried food on the kitchen floor and all over the counters. The trim and walls had streaks and buildup on them all throughout the house. The carpet on the stairs needs replaced, heavily stained. The bedrooms and bathrooms appeared clean, which was a relief. The bathroom at the top of the steps didn’t drain well, so you’ll be standing in a bath when you shower. There is not enough linens for the bathroom for 10 guests. We had to purchase towels or use our beach towels. Only a couple hand towels in the kitchen, but not in the bathrooms. There is not a lot of kitchen utensils either. The coffee pot didn’t work but the host quickly ordered a new one and filters which was very appreciated. There were dirty cups in the cupboard we had to clean. Also, there were no games, cards, etc for entertainment. If the house was cleaner and stocked well, it would have had a better rating.
