In the small village of Stranici near Sveti Lovrec lies this beautiful stone villa Flavio. The villa is spread over three floors and can accommodate up to 12 people. As soon as you enter the house, you will see a charming dining room with kitchen and living room, while upstairs you will find the bedrooms with bathroom. The outdoor area of the villa is really special - a large estate with a landscaped garden and a playground for children, making it an ideal choice for families with children -pets are even welcome at no extra charge. You can relax from everyday life on the sun loungers by the pool. At your disposal is a barbecue, a beautiful covered terrace with wooden benches and a dining table - for the little ones there is a trampoline. You have two parking spaces and free internet access at your disposal. We recommend you to visit the beautiful beaches near Vrsar or Porec. But you can also drive to the hinterland of Istria. There you can try traditional Istrian dishes offered in various local taverns and restaurants - toast the beautiful holiday with a glass of wine with your loved ones!

We had a great weekend and lots of fun in the pool and at the terrazza! The ambience is really nice with the stonevilla, the terraces, the garden and the pool! The rooms are spacious with a bathroom in each of the rooms. Only con: One AC in the rooms at the 2nd floor didn‘t work well and the other was dripping..

Es war alles bestens, hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Wir erwägen, nächstes Jahr wieder dort Urlaub zu machen.
