While not advertised as a handicap property this certainly was, which was perfect for our family. Specious, one level, perfect about of room for all of us!

House worked very well for our purposes.

We enjoyed the hot tub and the long dining table, which was great for eating all together and also good for playing games. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. I can only imagine what the pool would have been like.

Read all the rules and regulations before booking! The rules and regulations are some of the tightest I have ever encountered on VRBO (caveat, I've never visited the Atlanta area before). But, candidly, they're very clear, so I gave 5 stars. If you don't read them, shame on you not on the management company.For the most part-I think the house is true to the listing (except the foosball table is in poor shape and should be replaced). We had two families stay together with kiddos 2-14yrs old. We did use the hottub in winter and it was nice.

Overall a nice place to stay for visit to Stone Mountain.

The house was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was decent. The house layout is a bit interesting and was not really clear that one bedroom and bathroom were in a basement that was only accessible by a VERY narrow stairway. Communication was good - almost too much. I didn't appreciate being asked when I was checking out since checkout is early already at 11. Again, an uneccessary ask when it made abundantly clear if you check-in one minute early you will be charged for it. Just a bad look honestly.

Would be nice if pool rafts, floats, etc., were provided. Saw several cockroaches, and we never left dirty dishes or food out. The curtain covering the patio doors is in dire need of laundering. Was that way when we got there. More seating offered in the livingroom. Couches only seated 5 people comfortably. Not comfortable to scoot diningroom chairs in to watch TV, and bean bags provided are not ideal for us older people. The driveway on one end could use repairing. Had to drive around broken concrete. The bathrooms were very nice and clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable.Pool was a nice addition to the property.

It was a good stay and it was a great time. Fun home with great backyard.

The property was fantastic, beautiful decor ,spacious and located in a great location near everything. Communication with the the property manager was very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely book again.

Stray cats on property really a turn off because Im allergic.

House was good. Everyone enjoyed themselves and there was enough room for 8 of us. The area the house was in was not the best and I wish we would have known. The kids (4 16 yo) couldn’t walk around the area. Other than that it was good.

This property is in serious disrepair, a clear biohazard due to black mold & mildew, a dangerous poorly maintained home which has exposed electrical wiring representing an electrocution danger, wood rotten unfastened steps, mildew and mold saturated carpets, loose flooring, wobbly stepping stone walkways, wood rot in most doorways, mildew pool deck, nasty unsanitary hot tub, shower with no shower curtain, this place was deceptively listed and represents a consumer renter fraud, we are also filing a complaint and submitting videos to the Stone Mountain building & coding office because they must immediately look into this dangerous bio hazard property and force the owner to remediate this property before another rental……verbo should be ashamed of this listing

Great experience... due to time of year the pool wasnt available but the hot tub made up for it.

My husband and I stayed here with 5 teenagers! We had a blast! House is nice and roomy so we didn’t feel like we were right on top of each other! The basement room worked excellent for the two teenage boys to stay and play their play station! Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Stone Mountain!

The house was very spacious and great for our large group. Very clean and close to where we were attending an event.

The property was ok. The booking process was terrible. I did not expect the booking process to be so difficult. Different numbers kept calling my phone every day while I was at work just to ask me to include the first and last name of every guest staying there.there.waswas

The property was ok. The previous renter broke a downstairs window before our stay, and we weren't made aware until we were in route. It happens, but I thought the window would fixed or better secured at some point during our 1st night. I was told the handy man taped it up for our stay, but it couldn't be repaired until Monday...the day after we checked out. No big deal, except it was freezing cold and no one could use the downstairs area, and we were afraid someone could get in. We rented the location for a Girl Cousin Christmas Sleepover, an event we normally have catered. Not an option for this location, because any visitor spending more than 5 minutes at the house, had to be added to the guest list as an overnight guest and capacity is capped at 12 or a 50 pp/pn fee had to be paid for each visitor. The host did, however do us a favor, by not charging us for the 2 breastfeeding babies that came with their Moms. So gracious of them, really. So if you're hosting a dinner and would like it professionally catered or decorated, this is not the place to rent. Overall, the communication with the host was adequate. I blame myself for waiting until the last minute to decide to rent a vrbo. Lesson learned

Great home for a family with 3 generations staying under 1 roof. We had a great time!

This was a great property for myself and my bridal party to stay in. It comfortably slept us all and was clean!

The house was very nice and adequate but the lack of outside lighting and property maintenance presented some challenges. The grill had not been cleaned presenting a big fire hazard, no leaves had been blown or raked making a lot more tripping hazards and the outside lighting didn’t work when we arrived. The dishwasher is not bolted to the counter and falls forward every time you try to open it and the doors, windows, and stairways in the back were covered in spider and cobwebs I ended up having to clear. Not as nice as the pictures. One side of the driveway is so busted up it is an absolute hazard to your vehicle. Not one single game or pack of playing cards or dvd available for kids for entertainment. No guest book, vacuum didn’t work well, broom was a joke, back patio light was full of leaves and debris indicative of general maintenance issues. Cookware includes some typically scratched up “so called” nonstick pans that we won’t use but there are a couple of SS pans available. Not the best, not the worse, some pests noted. Lighting and grill issues were addresses but that meant we had a repair man in and out most of our first full day there.

We had a wonderful visit with our adult children and enjoyed touring Atlanta. We will come back but not to this Vrbo. Here is a list with some problems and our opinions. 1. TV in master bedroom does not connect to any service. 2. Master bedroom mattress requires a step tool to get into - height is way too high - and there is no step stool. My 82 year old mother used a small ladder we found. She is 5’6 and athletic thank god. 3. Dishwasher has no power completely non-functional. Notified management and they told me to check the fuse box and call the maintenance company listed in the kitchen. 4. Six large dead flies in shower. Two worms in shower. One dead roach in bathroom. 5. No Internet connection for final day. Spotty Internet connection for entire visit. Large amount of spiders throughout exterior of house. Several spiders in basement. 6. I feel this house was misrepresented on Vrbo . This is clearly a flipped house for rental purposes only that is very cheaply arranged. Furniture is substandard. 7. Needs more pillows 8. Bedding looks well used, old

We arrived to the property and everything was in great shape. We’re picked out rooms and steamed in to eat a meal together. After eating we loaded up the dish washer to find out it wasn’t working. We reached out to the property management team and they had someone come and and fix our problem the same day.

Clean, lots of room, beautiful pool and hot tub. We had a great time.
