Stayed Jul 31, 2022Within walking distance to the lake, beach and restaurants & coffee shop in Boyne City. Quiet area. Luckily it wasn’t to hot outside when we were there and the fans provided weee enough air flow. We brought a couple of our own after we realized the unit had no a//c. Great location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location in walking distance to the lake with beach area, picnic tables, and marina. Enough room/beds for 10 people w extra bedding. Well supplied with toilet paper, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. It was clean and great outdoor space.
