Stone Harbor/Avalon Getaway! One block from beach!

I took my parents down the shore for the annual Holiday Weekend events in Stone Harbor and Avalon. Not only was this house clean and comfortable but it was in the perfect location. In the middle of the two towns without being in the noise and congestion of the festivities. Would stay here again!

Property was clean and kitchen beautifully updated. Both indoor and outdoor seating and dining. Comfortable mattresses. We loved walking to the beach and up to the shopping areas. There are also great restaurants within a few blocks walk. Hoping to stay again!

Rented this property for New Years weekend and it was absolutely perfect for us. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, being right on the border of Stone Harbor and Avalon, we could get to everything easily. The living space is perfect for gatherings. While we didn’t get a chance to enjoy what would be the summer aspects of the property, this was the perfect spot for our off-season getaway. The host was very responsive and willing to answer any questions. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I rented this property for my wedding party. It could not have been better. Location is fantastic, and the accommodations are exactly as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with every kitchen tool required to prepare a great meal. We loved lounging on the deck. Would stay here again!

The beach and recreational park within eyesight of the property was fantastic. The rooms were well maintained, with plenty of room for socializing. Very nice outdoor patio, with no noise from the surrounding properties. I would definitely recommend this location and would hope to stay there again.

It was clean and organized, no surprises (which is rare compared to photos/description) and the landlord was very responsive for inquiries in advance/during the stay. The only wish is that you wouldn't need to bring own sheets and towels, takes a lot of space in car.

Common area is the best part of the house. Roomy and cute. Beds aren’t the best and there are no extras included such as hand soap, body soaps and bathrooms had less than one roll of tp provided. Don’t like that stone harbor houses do not provide sheets or towels. Added inconvenience and coordination. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

House was clean. Communication was excellent. Perfect location; close to the beach and near the rec center for the kids. We had an amazing time! Thank you!
