Stayed Nov 28, 2025We stayed for two nights during the off season. This house fit two small families comfortably. The house is also just a block from downtown shopping and restaurants which is great.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025this cute beach house is the perfect location in stone harbor. One block to the beach and a few blocks to shopping and restaurants. We went to a wedding at the Reeds and we were able to walk there. owner is super helpful and very responsive.House easily accommodates eight adults. Backyard is awesome with a great deck.really convenient to not have to bring towels, sheets, and beach chairs. Would love to return.!!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Location was perfect. Minute walk to the beach and shops / food. Host was prompt and honest. Backyard deck was a nice surprise. Very relaxing.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We were attending an off season wedding at the Reeds. This house was a great location, close enough to still be part of the action but gave us a bit more space than a hotel room. The house definitely has some wear and tear, but comfy and clean. Would recommend.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024House was short on basic necessities. Paper towel, toilet paper, wash cloth/hand towels, shower soap, dishwasher soap, etc. Great location and spacious house. Easily accommodated 6 adults. Location is perfect.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024This house has a good layout and great location. Unfortunately, it is really run down and grimy. Deep cleaning and paint are long overdue. The downstairs bathroom has missing tiles in the shower/tub with black mold in the empty space, peeling paint on the sills of the filthy window and cracked/peeling caulk around the tub. The edges of the carpet at the walls throughout the house are black with grime. Grimy, scuffed, peeling paint throughout the home, dirty windows, and the bottom of the freezer is filthy. The instructions for renters tacked up in the kitchen are confusing and outdated. Would not stay there again.
