Stayed May 16, 2025Our stay was wonderful at the cottage. I noticed a lot of reviews made it seem like they didn't have much there but not sure what more they expect, we had everything we needed & more! Was nice to feel like you were in the middle of the woods, bed was super comfy & it was overall such a good place.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The real issue was that we were unprepared because the listing was misleading. There were no firepits - listing indicated there were 2. Grill was charcoal and the store on the island charged $20! There were no beach towels - only 4 big towels for showering that needed to double as beach towels. No pizza cutter but decorative seashell butter spreaders - seems odd. No extra paper towels. Listing made it seem that there was a master bathroom - nope. There was one main bathroom and a VERY small bathroom in the sunroom (odd place to have the second bathroom). House was outdated but had been recently painted.

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Very nice and quiet secluded home. A designated outdoor area would enhance this rental. No curtains/blinds in one of the bedrooms but this did not impact our stay. Would stay here again and highly recommended!

Stayed Aug 14, 2019This was perfect for our stay on our long weekend. The description and pictures are accurate. The doors don't close smoothly, but I'm sure that's due to the climate it's located in. It is a few miles from the action on the island, but we rented a car so it was perfect for us. Nice, quiet property. Thank you!

Stayed Aug 3, 2019Don't let the exterior fool you, this is a great house. Spacious, secluded, surrounded by beautiful woods, clean and open interior and just far enough from town to not have vacationer traffic.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything was great, the house was nicer than the pictures made it look. The only complaint is very minor, but the grill is tiny.
