Stockbridge Home: Walk to Town Beach!

This house was cozy and attractively decorated. Immaculate. New kitchen and bathrooms. Host was lovely, always accessible and accommodating. Location was perfect, between Stockbridge and Lenox on a residential road, just west of Tanglewood.

Our time in Stockbridge was perfect. House was not too big,not too small. Well supplied in new kitchen and bathroom. Location was private yet close to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Lenox and many other attractions.

The house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for cooking. Location is close to places for swimming and scenic hiking. Our host checked in with us several times, which was a nice touch! We will likely book again in the fall and/or winter.

I'd love to keep this gem for myself but.... this home was perfect last year for us and last week for us, again...definitely the feel of home away from home...

We very much enjoyed our stay at this nicely updated house. The layout worked well for us and we were provided everything we needed. The living room was very nice with plenty of seating and the fireplace added greatly to our stay both aesthetically and keeping the house very comfortable during the cold/snowy weather. The owner called prior to arrival to see if we had any questions and to give us detailed directions on finding the house since mapping apps don't always get it right which was much appreciated. The owner also called a couple of other times while we there to make sure everything was good. Since there was snow while we were there, the owner plowed the driveway and shoveled the walk and also provided ice melt. The kitchen was well-equipped and very functional. All-in-all a great experience and I would look forward to staying at this house again should I return to the Stockbridge area.

A friend and I stayed at this property when the Trauma Healing Immersion event at Kripalu had them fully booked. As someone who normally stays at Kripalu when attended events I was hesitant to find property close enough to create an experience that was still as full of peace and solace as I am used to. This property was just what the dr. ordered. I love the bathroom remodel! It was quiet and peaceful which was just what we needed after a long day of lecture and experiential training.

Clean and cozy and perfectly situated to explore the Berkshires on a long weekend

Really appreciated how clean the house was! Short walk to the town beach. The house is centrally located to the many places you can visit in the Berkshires. Mt. Greylock is a worthwhile hike. About 50 mins to trailhead. In season the local fruit stands offer tasty local produce.

Great property, single-digit minutes from Tanglewood, exactly as advertized, spotless, with a super responsive host. Definitely will try and book again next year!

The house is a great combination: it's private, updated, charming, and close to everything. The owner is the most attentive host I've ever experienced, too!
