Stillwater's Third Street Inn

We had a girls trip with 7 of us and the location was perfect. There is a close by elevator that will take you down the hill so you don’t have to walk it. The house was perfect and fit all our needs. Kitchen had everything we need for cooking, we even made steaks on the backyard grill. Towels and Bedding provided. VERY CLEAN upon arrival. There is one parking spot down by garage, and enough for 2 smaller vehicles up by the house, also street parking available.

Lovely updated older home. Could not be in a better location to downtown. We all got there, parked our cars & walked everywhere. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only thing that could of made it better is a larger outside patio area.

Overall, the property needed some work and perhaps some updating. The kitchen area was clean, spacious, and large enough for a group. The lower bathroom had been refurbished with a nice shower.

This house was perfect! Hosts were amazing to work with, property was clean and the location and price are perfect for the full Stillwater experience. Walking distances from shopping, entertainment and night life.

The host was very accommodating! She contacted me the day before and ensured we understood where to go and how to park. Friendly and helpful…she allowed us to return to the property that night to retrieve a set of keys that were left behind.

This property was a beautiful home full of character and charm. The bedrooms were spacious; the kitchen was big enough for all my family to sit at the table and chat or have a snack. It was so close to the downtown area we parked the car upon arrival and never moved it till we left. I highly recommend this house if you're planning a trip to the Stillwater area.

This charming property was perfect for our group of six celebrating my wife’s and her best friend’s 50th birthdays. The location was perfect as it was easily walkable to the magnificent downtown Stillwater.

The Third Street Inn is conveniently located to the main downtown area of Stillwater, as well as other popular places, such as a well known ice cream shop and a spa.The house was the perfect size for 6 of us to socialize and sleep. Very cute, welcoming home!

We had a great time in Stillwater at the Third Street Inn. Great location. We were at the house with our adult children. The house comfortably accommodated all of us. It is in walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Great views. Would definitely come back.

I booked this house for my wedding weekend and it was perfect! It’s very close to the JX Venue space that you can walk to and from. The house was clean and plenty of room for everyone. It’s within walking distance of Main Street and all the bars and restaurants. The communication with the owners was easy and they were helpful with explaining all the rules. I would recommend this place for a fun weekend stay in Stillwater!

We rented this property to have a place called home that was central to my parent in Eagan and Princeton. The location was great for a couple walks through town, and grabbing a couple meals. The kitchen was very well stocked and had almost everything we needed. A bonus would be to add storage bags, plastic wrap and tin foil. We cooked most meals in the house but didn't have a method to store the leftovers. The beds were clean and comfortable, even if my teenager claimed the full size bed to herself while I slept in the bunk bed. We like the shower just off the kitchen, it was nicely decorated. The sofa was slightly worn and could use an upgrade but there was plenty of seating for our family. The dinning room table was very nice and had comfortable chairs. The tv was nice and had cable channels but since it wasn't a Smart TV we weren't able to stream Netflix to watch the Christmas day football games. When we tried to use Netflix via cable, we received an error that the equipment needed to be upgraded. The Christmas decorations were a very nice surprise and really helped the house feel like home, thank you.

Our stay was amazing. The house is beautiful, clean and a great location from downtown. Not too far at all. The streets are a bit steep, so we did drive the older folks down to the ferry boat. I would highly recommend this home to rent. Angela the home owner communicated very well with us before our visit.

My husband and I stayed for a short weekend to attend a dog show with our dog. Location was in walking distance to anything you would need. Nice area for my dog in the back. Cute house with everything you would need.

Had such a great time at this lovely property. We could walk to everywhere we needed to go, and enjoyed our time in the house as well.

Great place, bigger than the photos make it seem! We had a great time and the kitchen was well stocked! Water was definitely icy after a few showers!

My cousins and I were looking for a place to spend a weekend together eating and catching up and this house was perfect. From the number of beds and bedrooms that let us all stay together to the spacious living room for karaoke to the full kitchen for making cookies the house was a great fit. For dinner a quick walk into Stillwater provided a great selection of delicious options. We had a great weekend and would recommend this as a place to stay in Stillwater
