Stayed May 1, 2026It was a shame we had to be in a gymnasium all day but what a wonderful peaceful home to retreat to after a long days of basketball! The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was appointed beyond expectation. From kitchenware to bathroom essentials-even a flat iron!! The owners communicated timely and are very thoughtful. Hope to return to truly indulge in this beautiful sanctuary when I can stay longer. You will not regret choosing this as your home away from home!

Stayed Nov 23, 2025The home was so comfortable and cozy. All of the beds were very comfortable and plush, and we loved the fireplace in the two master bedrooms. All of the windows were so beautiful with the snow falling. The only thing I would say otherwise is there was not a bedroom downstairs where it said there was and the two masters had to share a bathroom upstairs. I would definitely change the listing to show that, but it was fine. We really appreciated the driveway being plowed several times thank you! We would rent again! our host was very responsive and all of the amenities, including bath and shower products were great.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Londonderry boys take on Vermont. 4 courses in 3 days. Woodstock, Green Mountain, Sugarbush, Jay Peak. Stowe country club closed for renovation. Great time with great friends.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025House is large and great for groups and families with children. Private location and yard. Nicely decorated and cozy. No cell service but strong wifi.Sheets and towels were clean but rest of the house such as floors were definitely lacking in cleanliness. Kitchen especially showing wear and tear with broken drawers, broken toaster, dirty coffee maker etc. but kitchen was well stocked. Contacted host 3x prior to check in with a question and never received a response.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025The sheets, bathroom, and towels had a number of stains as well as someone else’s hair on them. The property management company was extremely vague in reaching back out with details to amend. The dishwasher was full upon arrival. Many of the doors and walls were dirty and our socks were basically black from walking on the floors. A number of the drawers in the kitchen were broken. The property itself and location are great, however the overall cleanliness and lack of meaningful communication and resolution was really disappointing for the price.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024The house is located in a beautiful and private location but still close to Stowe. The house was very well maintained, clean, and well stocked. The interior was decorated for the fall season and felt very homey.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024Nice space and accomodating for our family. Property is pretty with space for kids to play, close to everything in the Stowe area. Linens and bedding were clean and extras available as needed on site. Unfortunately, we arrived to find ants crawling on counters and floors and dead ants on floors as well. Showers and bathrooms were not clean. Large cobwebs hanging from ceilings and dead bugs in windowsills. There was also leftover opened food in the fridge and cabinets. We called the property owner and the management company. Both the owner and management company were easily accessible and responsive to our concerns. Despite the cleanliness issue, the remainder of the stay was enjoyable and appreciate their response to our concerns.
