We loved everything about this house: the location, the pool, the well stocked kitchen, the many bedrooms with attached bathrooms, the game room, and the movie room. We recommend quite highly.

Great stay, beautiful home, left a few minor thoughts. Little things that might improve a future stay.

The house was impeccable and the communication with the host was fantastic. If any issues arose they were on it immediately to fix the issue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous house for family reunion!

This is a beautiful place to make family memories! It’s well designed, ideally located, and worked well for our family of 19.

We all had a beautiful time. The home was in pristine condition and all the furnishings were new and state of the art. All was provide and we needed nothing except our meals. We loved the home and hope to stay again!

The house had everything you could possibly need. We were 15 adults and one toddler. The huge common area was fabulous for preparing our meals, or just share a cocktail or a cup of coffee. We absolutely loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The pool area had plenty of seating for everyone , both in the sun or in the shade. Two BBQ’s , three refrigerators , two dishwashers , two washer dryers. Owner kept in contact all week.

It accommodated our large party of multiple families beautifully, with nice, private spaces and great, spacious common areas. The kitchen was just right for making and cleaning up large meals. We had all the tools and equipment needed. Glassware and plastic — perfect for eating in and out by the pool! The dining area accommodated our large group so everyone could eat together. We loved the balconies and seating (insider tip, the sofa on the middle floor balcony is PERFECT for disappearing to take a nap!). Seating upstairs was just right for gathering and chatting after dinner or watching a movie — the movie room was great as well.The pool was large, refreshing and clean, as was the hot tub. The 3 house walk to the beach was perfect for our group with some walking challenges, as was the elevator. Very helpful! The hosts were excellent, very responsive and knowledgeable. When we had an issue, they were on top of it and had it resolved within an a few hours. We were very pleased with the peaceful cup-de-sac as well. Overall, excellent! We had a group of 7 families with 21 people overall and this was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. There was plenty of room and opportunities to chill. The closeness of the beach and having a pool on site was awesome. The kitchen with 2 fridges and dishwashers was a big plus. I don’t think anyone had a single thing bad to say about the place and almost everyone stated they would like to come back again.

It was well laid out and had ample room so everyone could have their space and privacy and enjoy each other's company as a large group. The house was very well maintained and equipped with towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The house was well represented in the pictures. The pool with wrap around porches kept everyone engaged with each other. Bedrooms provided plenty of room and bathrooms were clean and spacious. It was short walk to the beach and short ride to shops or the 4WD beach access to see the wild horses. It was close enough to walk back for lunch or to retrieve a forgotten item after you have settled at the beach. The lifeguard stand was right at the access too. The management company was on time with arrival preparations and was very responsive during the week, although we only had one small request during our stay. They communicated very well. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group vacation and will look into its availability for out future family vacations.

Everybody love cooking and grilling. The kitchen is complete with the things we needed. Parking space can fit in 8 cars. And ofc we love that every room has its own bathroom. I recommend this place!
