Stayed Aug 3, 2025My family (group of 7) and I really enjoyed staying at this beach house in Brigantine. It is conveniently located across the street from the beach and within walking distance of a lot of restaurants , some little shops & a Wawa. The house came with plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon for your beach gear and 2 bikes. The homeowner is easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I Would definitely stay here again and plan to go back in the fall.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023close to beach, house and garage clean/well stocked and had everything we needed, outdoor shower and extra fridge in garage were great, owner friendly and responsive, upstairs AC could have worked better though- had a great stay!

Stayed Aug 12, 2023We all (three generations) had a great time at Wayne's place! The location is hard to beat, and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. A lot of beach houses advertise an outdoor shower, but this house has an outdoor shower that is actually FUNCTIONAL enough to strip, shower, and soap before going inside. And it's just big enough for mom to go in there with the toddler! A win-win for the guests and property owner alike! Our only trouble was that the downstairs pullout sofa mattress was very stained, but I have faith that Wayne will remedy that, as he was not previously aware. The garage was a big plus and well-stocked with all the beach items you could need. Having an extra fridge doesn't hurt either! I hope this wasn't our last stay at this house (-:

Stayed Aug 22, 2022Location couldn’t be beat, cross the street and you’re at the ocean. It was perfect for our family to come and go to the beach throughout the day. The townhouse was clean and well maintained. Wayne was responsive and gave us good dining recommendations in very family-friendly Brigantine. The kids are already asking to go back!

Stayed Jul 2, 2022The place was very nice it was equipped with lots of kitchen utensils and it was nice size for a family of 5, and we loved the location it was rift across the street from the beach and less then a half mile to town. The owner was on top of things and very nice to deal with!
