Just 3rd house off beach. Plenty of room inside, 3 large bedrooms. Sleeps 7. Sitting area plus twin bed with front bedroom. Plenty of covered parking, can park 3 cars. Pool is shared by a small number of houses.. Close to lake, to fish or watch wildlife. This part of beach is never that busy, mostly homes and smaller condos. New washer/dryer. Sheets, towels are provided by cleaning company. Master is on main floor/ 1st floor. With 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath on 2nd. Note : Now have

Stayed Aug 2, 2025I can't overstate how much we enjoyed our stay here! It was comfortable & clean; has amazing beach access; is in a quiet neighborhood; and it's an easy walk to the pier (ice cream!) restaurants and park. Although there were seven of us, the home was spacious enough that we weren't always on top of each other...it was easy to find a quiet corner if needed. Also, we love to cook, and the kitchen was fully stocked with the pots, pans, utensils-- everything we could want.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024From the initial booking of Seabridge to our vacation it has been fantastic with the communication. The accommodations were excellent and had everything that we needed. The location was great with being able to walk to the beach, pool and the restaurants. Many wonderful memories were made at Surfside Beach and looking forward to making more in the future. Would highly recommend this house.
