Steps to the beach! PRIVATE HEATED POOL w covered lanai. Central location.

Lovely home, one block from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

We visit AMI every year and this property was extremely nice for a small family with young children. The beds were comfortable, everything worked well and the kitchen was stocked. The pool is perfect with a great amount of both sun and shade and we enjoyed eating most of our meals outdoors at the covered table near the pool. They also have everything you could possibly want for beach days (wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, etc). We truly enjoyed our stay.

First off the place was CLEAN and pics are exactly what you got!!, location is great, close to the beach, a mile into Anna Maria’s downtown and 1 mile to Holmes beach. but even more importantly stuff happens in a rental, especially when you are there for a month and Carolyn was great, communication awesome! Beach chairs had been damaged she drop off new ones. Ice maker not working she replaced it . Only problem she is already booked for next year and we are on the waitlist!

Overall things were great. A nice private small pool, convenient golf cart charger, good communication with the hosts. It's exactly as described. My only comment for improvement is that the water pressure in the master bath but everything else compensated for that

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was wonderful! Beds are very comfortable, pool is beautiful and so refreshing after spending the day at the beach! And the location is convenient to everything and just a short walk to the beach! We would book again!

Beautiful property, clean, close to the beach. Great outdoor space.

This place is everything we wanted in an Anna Maria stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It had a well stocked kitchen with a KCup coffee machine and a regular coffee pot and every thing you’d need to cook for the week. The pool area was peaceful, quiet, and a great spot to sit and cool off, we also loved to play cards at the awesome covered table by the pool. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck and loved eating dinner out there as well. The location was a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach, and this rental had everything we needed to enjoy our day at the beach; awesome beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, and even a wagon to tow it the short walk. Our host, Carolyn, was accommodating and checked in on us early in the week. The rental is a perfect location, walkable to beach, short drive to Pine Ave, but also convenient to Publix etc. It’s in a quiet residential part of Anna Maria and we loved that. If we return to AMI, we’d definitely rent here again!

Our stay at Sea Star Cottage was absolutely wonderful. The property is clean and very well maintained. When we had questions for the owner, communication was quick and easy. It was really nice to find beach gear available as we realize this is not standard at all rental locations. Location was great and beach was not busy. Pool is small in size but was perfect for our family. It is the nicest pool we have ever had at a rental property. We typically stay further north on the island so it was nice to find the same charm in a different area. We rented bikes from Beach Bums and we only used our car once during our week. Our family has stayed on AMI for many of our family vacations and found this location to be our favorite. We would definitely rent here again.

This place had everything! The inside was spacious and updated while the outside had a covered seating area next to your very own pool. The location was amazing as well. A less than 5 minute walk to the beach or trolley stop, what more could you ask for.

The rental was in a great location and perfect for the 4 of us. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect.
