Steps to the beach, heated pool with guest house and courtyard

It was unusually chilly and the pool heater, a heat exchanger, could not keep up. The kitchen equipment lacked a flat skillet type pan, and some of the frying pans were scratched. The hosts were very helpful in responding to questions prior to the stay.

Great time with our family and grandparents. Super cute house. Close walk to the beach was nice since we normally stay right on the beach that it was so close still. Would recommend some curtains in front of the garage door that can be closed or opened for extra privacy. Everything was great though with the house, the close proximity to everything, and to the beach

Our stay was awesome. It was our daughter’s destination wedding at the Embassy Suites by Hilton. We had many places to stay but this home seemed extra special for our large family and it proved so. It was lovely and comfortable and the separate suite was a huge bonus. Jody was an excellent host just a message away if needed. When in the area we would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved our stay!! It was a perfect place for all our friends and family to stay for my wedding weekend! The place was beautiful and clean and check in was a breeze! I absolutely loved how safe it was for my kids with the pool net up and there was actually a baby gate available for us to use that really came in handy! We also loved that it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the beach!! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again on our next St.Augustine trip!!

Hosts were lovely and responsive. House was perfect for our multi- generation needs. The three grand children used the pool daily. The walk to the beach was short and fun! We had a great vacation!

This place was absolutely adorable. My teenager loved celebrating her 13th birthday in St Augustine. We really hope to stay here again, but definitely longer stay next time. We had everything we needed.

Pros: very clean, everything you need( utensils, paper products, towels), great location, close to beach.Cons: pool little small(liked the steps and swim out on opposite ends), no mini fridge in in-laws suite, only 3 bedrooms in main house 1 in in-laws but 2 pull out couches.Over all great place and would stay again!!!

This was the perfect property for a multi-aged family. The 30 somethings stayed in the guest house while the children, parents and grandparents stayed in the main house.Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. Also close to Old Town St. Augustine.

The property was a fun place to stay, it was clean, lots of amenities (towels, kitchen supplies, shampoo, etc,), warm pool, casita, comfy beds, etc. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, a short drive to Cap’s Restaurant and the Reef’s Restaurant. Publix was a quick trip, too. We stayed 10 nights, so loved exploring St Augustine (a short drive away). It’s a great place to stay!

The house was perfect for the family, we enjoyed this time a lot

Six adults and four kids, ranging in age from under 2 to 11, stayed at this lovely home near the beach for five glorious days. The layout of the main house allows for privacy and comfortable common space. But two amenities — the guest house and heated pool — made this an extra special place for a family reunion that included three generations. We’d return in a heartbeat.

We had family come in from New York who wanted to see the beach and also had never been to St Augustine. The location was perfect and having the guest house where my sister with littles was able to stay was perfect!

My family and I enjoyed staying at your beautiful property while awaiting our daughter’s wedding in St. Augustine. The house was very clean and had everything we needed with extras!! All the beds were comfortable and inviting. The bathrooms were super nice and fresh. Even with the not so good weather we were still able to enjoy the pool and grill outside. The mother-in-law suite was also a plus providing extra room and privacy for my daughter and her small family of 4. I will recommend this property to other family and friends. We had a great time! Short path to the beach was decorated cute! Loved the little guest house! Just as described!

House is gorgeous and the in-law suite was absolutely perfect especially since my parents came! They had their own peace and quiet when they wanted to turn in early. You can't get a better location as there is a trail to the side of the property to get to the beach across the street! Best of both worlds -pool and beach-exactly what we wanted! Great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out. Best sleep of our lives! Mattresses were super comfortable. The only thing I would change (for us personally) is having the pull out couch in the house instead of the in law suite. In law suite should just be for 2 people in my opinion. My son had to sleep on the couch because we ran out of beds in the house...overall should we come back with everyone we will be booking this house again! Little more than we usually would spend for a place but we all had a great time! Owners were amazing when we had to reach them and answered us immediately.

This was our first experience traveling with three generations. The house was perfect for our needs. The separate apartment gave each family personal space for the week. The kitchen was nicely appointed. Beds were comfy. The pool was great - loved the large shelf areas for little ones to swim and play without getting in over their heads. The shed contained so many pool toys and beach items to make our time at both places enjoyable. The very short walk to the beach was fantastic as we could run little ones back to the bathroom in no time! Nice, quiet neighborhood and beach.

This house met all our needs for our family that ranged in age 1-18 for kids! Easy access to the beach and getting to town. Very relaxing, we enjoyed our stay!

Just as advertised! Beautiful house with all the amenities. In-law suite was perfect for our grads. The outside pool area was relaxing. Wi definitely stay again next trip to St. Augustine.
