Five high school friends getting together for a weekend getaway. The condo was very spacious and clean. Very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Would do it again.

Our host, Amanda, was amazing, very helpful and shared great information. The proximity to the beach was the best part. We caught fish right on the beach. We’ve recommended this place on ocean glen to our friends.

Wonderful condo! Absolutely the cleanest place we have ever stayed. You can tell owner really has tried to think of everything! We were only 2 but more could easily stay with out getting in each others way due to the layout. Great pool area and beach was empty in September!

When we walked in my wife said, This place is adorable. It was perfect for us. Even though the townhome isn't the closest one to the beach, it is easier access than many oceanfront properties. Emerald Isle is also very lovely. May start going here rather than the Outer Banks.

The place was great! Clean and comfortable, plus it was a short easy walk to both the beach and the pool. It was nice to have one entryway next to the carport where you could hang wet swim suits, store sandy beach items, etc. and have another entryway that went out to the beach/pool walkway that stayed clean and clear. Only drawback was the walls were a bit thin and you could hear others, especially when trying to sleep.

We loved everything about this trip! The beach and surrounding areas was not crowded AT ALL, even with it being 4th of July week. The house was clean and well kept! Communication with the host was great!

The Charles family has taken every effort to make their place one in which we feel comfortable and are able to truly enjoy our stay at the beach. When we arrived the condo was very clean and ready for us to begin our vacation. The neighbors are all very friendly and make the stay even more enjoyable.Thank you for all the ways in which you help us have a great time at Ocean Glen!

This was one of the nicest beach rentals we have stayed in. Everything was neat and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the beach chairs available for guest use and the trees on both sides of Ocean Glen. I highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.

This was our second time staying here. We like the place and the area so much that we've already booked again for next year!

Amanda's communication was awesome! And their home is gorgeous! It was exactly what i was looking for. So clean! The furniture was comfortable, the shower pressure was awesome, so many kitchen tools for the cooking types! She emailed me a list of businesses that was very helpful, too! I'll definitely return! Thank you!

We had a great time, the weather was interesting. We had a tornado warning in Beaufort the morning we were going to Cedar Island Ferry. and it rained most of the day, they let us reschedule for the next day, to Ocracoke. It worked out great nice weather. Nice place would recommend to all. Thanks to the Charles family.

Everything went well. We were unaware of how many steps there were and that caused a bit of a challenge.

The owner of the house began communicating with us prior to check in. She laid out everything we needed to know to make the process as easy as possible. When we arrived the house was spotless and we could tell it had been taken great care of. The amenities provided were great.The beach is to one side of the property and the pool is to the other. Literally steps away from both the beach and pool right out of the back door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back for a longer stay next summer. Even with the hurricane passing through this weekend, the weather turned out great. There are great restaurants in the area as well. Very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. We appreciate the host for her great communication and friendliness.

Quiet and clise to beach

Wonderful property for family. Stayed with our 2 & 3 year old kids and it was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and a good sized kitchen for making food. Loved that they keep beach equipment there so we didn’t have to haul our own stuff.

Very nice townhouse in a quiet community with great amenities! The beach was under 3 minutes from door to sand and pool about 2. There were beach chairs, umbrella and toys available to use. There was a shower to rinse off at as well plus tables and benches for the community to use. The rooms were decorated cute and everything was super clean. The beach was quiet too which was nice! Easy access to Atlantic (12 min) Emerald Isle (18 min) beaches too. The owner made sure we had all the information to get in and checked to make sure everything was all set. We enjoyed our stay and would come again if back in the area!

Location, beautiful townhome and communication with property owner makes this our pick every year. This is our second stay and it did not disappoint.

Our Host was awesome, checking in with us, very easy to work with and everything was in order and ready for our stay. The unit was very clean, cute and such a wonderful location. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved that this was right on the beach since we spent almost the entire week there. It was crowded right by the stairs but we could walk just a bit down and be all alone. The house was great; comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers, which is nice to get all the sand off. Kitchen was a bit small but had everything we needed. Really the only downside was that the walls are quite thin and we could hear the people on either side of us all too well. The house itself was great for our family and we had a wonderful week otherwise.

Quiet, sleepy community but close to activities if you want them. Love the townhouse layout, giving everyone more privacy.

Our family took a quick trip to Pine Knoll Shores and surrounding area, and the condo was a great fit for us! The owner was super helpful and available for any questions, and the condo itself met our needs. I would rent again!

Condo was well furnished, rooms spacious, LOTS of stairs. Access to beach needs more rails or rope to assist older adults to get onto beach easier- it was extremely difficult for me to deal with the steep dune and sand. Had to get assistance from other patrons. Perhaps HOA should upgrade access. Other than that, stay was nice.
