    The house was at a great location, numerous restruant within walking distance, and easy access to the beach. The interior of the house was great, well furnished and comfortable. The master bedroom was spacious and great for seperating the adults from the kids. Only had one minor issue with the door lock not working properly at check in. It seems they replaced the lock strike plate or something and it was slightly misaligned makeing it impossible to get in. Had to call the property management, lucklily they had a key on premise to manually unlock the door.

    I booked this unit as a surprise for my wife’s 50th and invited her parents to join us. The home is extremely clean and comfortable with the convenience to the beach being its best asset. We loved its old beach cottage charm and will definitely book again on our next trip to Tybee!

    The kitchen and dining room have a strong smell of mold. The parking spot is difficult yo identify, you're basically parking on the side walk and we were not sure if that was the parking space or not. We didn't have the correct lock box when we first came to the property so we had to wait outside in the heat and try different codes that the property manager gave us. There's also dead roaches (2-3) in the house, no dust pan to sweep up sand with, and the circuit breaker for the washing machine was off so we spent some time trying to troubleshoot it.
