Steps to the Beach! Beautiful Family Vacation Home - Elevator & EV Charger

The house was perfect for our group. we LOVED it. Hoping to rent again next year!

This was such a perfect place for our family, from grandpa to baby. It was great getting together and having family chats on the deck with the ocean so close by.

We had a wonderful time staying here and loved everything about the entire process from start to finish. Amanda answered any questions we had quickly and accurately. The house was well kept and very clean. We loved the game room, porches and decks and having beach toys and chairs there to use. We highly recommend Amanda and her property in ortley beach!!

We spent a long weekend at the beach in September and the weather was great; the house was more than we expected- great location with easy access to beach; well equipped. comfortable for us all and the handicapped accessibility was great as our 84-year-old mother was with us!!

We wanted to book a last-minute end of summer trip and thought we'd be roughing it due to lack of options available. We came across this gem in my husband's old summer stomping grounds. It was more than what we needed for our family of 4, but proximity to the beach and view of the ocean had us hooked. Amanda was great to book with and check in was super easy. The house was immaculate and was well-appointed with great amenities. We were more than comfortable, and the place would very easily accommodate the max occupancy. We were able to walk to the Seaside boardwalk as well - our kids loved it and said Ortley is their new favorite place. Our favorite part of our stay was the covered deck with ocean view. We spent so much time out there watching sun rises and sunsets. We'd definitely book again.

The house was great only steps from the beach. Deck had view of ocean and you could hear the waves crashing at nite. Well appointed and decorated. So awesome to have an elevator for move in and out! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

My family and I absolutely loved this property! It was a great location only a few houses down off of the beach and only a short walk from the boardwalk as well as a bunch of restaurants in Ortley. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and make our family feel very safe and secure. Amanda was extremely easy to communicate with and helped make our experience top notch all along the way. We hope to visit again soon!

Amanda was wonderful from the moment we booked our weekend away. She sent messages about the property, had us join the Facebook page, and followed up by sending activities happening that weekend. She was attentive when we reached out with questions and asked for help. Would definitely stay there again! The house is beautiful and perfect for families with young kids.

This was an AMAZING place to gather with family to celebrate the holidays! Amanda ( the host) made sure we had all the info we needed up front, and even checked in to be sure we received the access info prior to check in. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space. Super clean! The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having TV's in all the rooms.. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice to have the additional refrigerator downstairs. The elevator was so helpful to get luggage up to the 3rd floor bedrooms. Access to the beach was so easy. The only thing that surprised me was that stretch of boardwalk was a bit short and did not attach to the longer span of boardwalk to the beaches just North of Ortly. Overall, our stay was amazing and we're hoping to stay there again in the future. A wonderful property and host! Thank you Amanda! ?

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at the house! It's an easy, short walk to get to the beach from the house, which is the most important feature when you are on a vacation at the shore. There's plenty of sleeping space and places for kids to play, plus the kitchen had all the supplies we needed for our meals. It was clean and overall very comfortable. We loved the porch upstairs. Amanda was a wonderful host, extremely responsive and helpful in our preparations before our visit. You will definitely enjoy staying here!!
