House was perfect for what we needed for a weekend getaway! Very clean. Host is very easy to get a hold of if you need anything!

Close to beach.

Great location and clean. Just wouldn’t choose it again. One bedroom with en suite downstairs. Second bedroom downstairs, but whoever stays in that one, has to go upstairs to the bathroom.

Perfect location, less than a minute walk to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance, house had everything we needed and if it didn’t, Lawrence took care of it right away. Wonderful family vacation.

Property was good, description said ocean view from unit but that’s only on half of the unit, if view matters ensure you are on the correct unit. Not a huge issue - overall very good and host was responsive.

It worked well for our family and was really convenient for walking to the beach. The only downside I'd note is that the upstairs blinds could use some repairs, but other than that, we found the property comfortable, easy to use, and it met our needs. The owner was easy to contact and responsive to messages.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was one of the best that we have had. He was very responsive and understanding. There were no problems during our stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Kids just wanted the beach, and it was nice being so close! We all had our own space which was also nice. Lawrence was very responsive, and we had no issues!

The house was super comfortable and clean. Fit 4 adults and 1 teen perfect. The shared courtyard was no issue with rental unit. I would stay again for sure.

What an awesome place. Everything we needed to Fish, Tango, go to Mission and Pacific Beach, & celebrate a Milestone Birthday. Beach a couple blocks away and our events within 5 miles. Very awesome 8 days!

The 1 minute walk to the beach is hard to beat. The property was as we expected and the host was easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!

My wife and I came down here with our 3 kids (all under 10) and mother-in-law. The space was perfect! We had our own bedroom/bathroom, our mother-in-law had her own private room, and the couches/sofa chair combo had plenty of space for our kids to sleep. The upstairs bathroom by the kitchen was perfect for the kids and the shower was great. Having an outdoor shower and indoor laundry was a must for the family and used multiple times per day, since it is less than a 1 minute walk to the ocean and 5 minutes to the bay if you want calmer water. Lawrence was a great host, easy to communicate with, and there were no surprises. I would definitely return.

This beach house was everything we were looking for! Great location right by the beach! House was clean and had amenities for the beach! Hot tub was amazing!

Stayed 3 nights. Bedrooms downstairs, living and kitchen upstairs. Nicely updated living and kitchen, bath. Beds comfortable. Good amount of kitchen supplies. Walking distance to beach, which is where we spent most our time. Unit is on heavily traversed street, but traffic noise was not bad. More from people, neighbors. Walking distance to some restaurants and beach shops. Overall, we found it to be perfect for our time relaxing and playing in the sand. Very thankful for the parking spot (small to mid size vehicles).

Location was ideal- steps away from the beach. Stay was wonderful and host was very communitive and responsive whenever I had a question or concern. A definite recommendation!

Very nice property with very easy access to Mission Beach. Upstairs area is great for family time. Clean, with accurate description and pictures.
